This place is great for kids to play and if you want to have an open cookout with family. The park is cleaned weekly for kids play it has age recommendation for safety and educational play equipment like for musical creativity and using their imagination. As wonderful park and it's clean. I don't believe the water will be on until after memorial day and usually is closed around halloween possibly earlier. A few ideas to improve this park is to make it more community like Add signage – Clear maps, distances, and educational info about local nature or history. Read moreI took 3 grandchildren there, ages 10, 8, 6. 2 nice playground equipment with slides, climbing places of different types, and various musical instruments to play also. There is a thick layer of wood chips under the play scapes. It was too breezy and chilly (in high 60's) to use the splash pad areas, but they do look like a good place on a hot day.
