Marketplace Mall — Local services in Middlefield Township

Market Place Mall Located at 15596 W. High Street, Middlefield Oh is an amazing concept outlet that brings together multiple individual vendors, displaying a variety of goods from – home crafts to antiques to well just about anything and the kitchen sink. The owners Frank and Mo are very personable and go out of their way to ensure the customer is taken care of and if the customer wants a deal well, they try and make that happen as well. This new location inside the old Rite Aid building is a much better lay out then their previous store. Now don’t get me wrong the old store had old country mystique - but a it was a bit crowded and had stairs. The new store is one floor and easy to get around. Be sure to check your receipt when you leave! Apparently, if they ring you out and forget to ring up something, it's your fault and makes you a thief! I mean, seriously. Who thinks to look at a receipt? I just witnessed my best friend go through this. To top things off, she apparently had a picture of him by the register that I didn't notice when I was in earlier today because I was focused on what she was saying to me. I try not to look around checkout areas to avoid impulse buying and so she had the actual audacity to call me a thief for not saying something about it! I will NEVER set foot in this place again and i hope everyone takes extra caution when shopping there from now on. Oh, and side note: don't even take your phone or a Geiger counter in and out of your pocket because someone might mistake it for a tiny piece of green glass. I wish...

Pretty underwhelming. I had been going to the previous location for years, and it had been one of my favorite little places to just take a nice little drive to and spend the day out in that area. It had been a good while since I had last went, so decided to go again about a month ago, and found out they moved locations. Was super bummed since I loved the place it was last at, but at least they still had it? Meh. Went to the new place, of course, and it was very underwhelming. It felt like everything went up in prices, too. Just pretty sad to say the least.

Forgotten note: the people that work there are super weird. I read some reviews; some talked about some 4% upcharge for card, which makes absolutely no sense. And then about how weird the people who worked there are, which I guess I forgot about. They are really creepy and...
