Night time crew is insanely rude. Placed a large order, for a large family at 930pm - like people often do and they did nothing but yell and complain about it right at the window where we can see and hear them, and proceeded to throw their hands up and give us dirty lookss while leaving the drive thru. 2 small blonde-ish girls. If you don't like your job, find a new one. Not only that, but they can't even get substitutes or order qty correctly. Do better, yikes
Fast forward, once I got home and realized we were missing an entire meal, I spoke with kayla on the phone letting her know someone would be there to pick up the missing food - once they get back to taco bell, they tell him we weren't missing anything and only provided 1 item, as he was leaving the drive thru, the crew standing in the parking lot yells 'it's clear you're lying to get free food'. I called back and still got no help.
Not only can you hear them bitching while your order is getting read back to you at the speaker, they'll complain in your face, cursing loudly right by the window, and also scream and call you a liar on...

Went there tonight with our two sons. One had ordered online the other was going to order inside. Dining room closed due to being short staffed. Went through the drive through and told them we had one online order and wanted to put in another order. They asked for the name on the online order then said you have pull up to window because of them being short staffed. When we got to the window they handed out the online order and said you have to go around and go through the drive through again for another order due to them being short staffed even though there were no other customers in the drive through or parking lot. I was not going to play that game so we left and went next door to get gas. Watched that drive through and was at least 10 minutes before another vehicle went through that...
