This is my 5th time coming to Philadelphia all the way from New York. I cannot express on how much I love Dynasty Sports and framing. They literally go all out for their customers especially to do these meet and greets. Today's experience was absolutely amazing I got to meet five of the Philadelphia Eagles. The entire staff did such an amazing job to make every fan enjoy the experience. Mark one of the employees is by far the best. I have called him and told him plenty of times that I'm coming and he will hold the stuff for me I pay for it in advance when I get there I have everything that I need. Thank you again for allowing me and my daughter to meet all these amazing players from the Philadelphia Eagles.SUPER BOWL CHAMPIONS 💚🏈🦅🏆🏆. On top of that meeting another fellow fan that wanted to meet me was really amazing she is such a sweetheart her name is Melody. I would also like to thank Brian and Sarah for the photography and putting all the pictures out for all the fans . Also to the owner of Dynasty framing I know things can get a little hectic but you do a phenomenal job keep striving for your dreams 💚💚. This will be my 7th post and words cannot express on what you guys have done for all the fans myself and my family. Your company definitely goes all out for the fans and Beyond. I am completely grateful to have had the chance to meet so many amazing players coaches general manager. I have also met some wonderful fans in the meantime and became good friends with them. I will continue no matter what you have going on I will always come here from New York to visit to any meet and greet that you have available no matter what the situation is. I am and always will be a Philadelphia Eagle fan and a dynasty Sports and framing fan. Read moreNot the best experience. I ordered a picture frame (22"x26") for my son's bday and upon opening the package, found that the glass was shattered. The packaging lacked protection and was not labeled as "fragile" anywhere on the box. This was communicated during the return process in hopes it would be packaged better the next time. This order was through amazon so I initiated a return and ordered a replacement with plenty of time to have another one before my son's birthday. When the 2nd frame was delivered, I noticed there was no changes to the quality of packaging and still was not labeled as fragile. Shocker... the glass was broken yet again. Extremely frustrated, I decided to call Dynasty directly and see what my options were. The gentleman I spoke with said they would ship me 2 pieces of glass for both frames and I would not need to return the first one and wouldn't be charged. He explained that I would just need to send an email explaining the situation and instructed me to include photos. I did that and received a response 3 days later saying I would receive 1 piece of replacement glass and would still need to return the first frame because the return was already initiated. That's understandable but now I won't have this birthday gift on time and was offered any kind of compensation for the inconvenience. Buyer beware when ordering online, especially anything containing glass. I would not order from this company again.
UPDATE: Was shipped replacement glass. Arrived today and instead of sending me actual glass like it states in the description, they sent plexiglass. Not the end of the world but it is ALSO BROKEN. The plexiglass is 16"x20" and so is the box. Shipping any kind of glass in a box exactly the same size is absolutely unacceptable and a blatant lack of common sense. After speaking with them on the phone, they refused to send another piece of glass because they are incapable of packaging it correctly and said they would issue a refund. Imagine having a picture frame business and telling a customer that you can't complete an order because you cant package it properly....
Read moreUPDATE REPLY TO OWNER'S RESPONSE: The hat I was gifted is still in the EXACT same condition it was when it was purchased. It has ALL of the tags including the protective cardboard on the inside. The pictures I've included were taken a few minutes ago. Your employee never touched the hat and barely looked at it so I'm not sure how you can state it didn't have the original tags. I absolutely asked your employee if a picture of the receipt would work and I also heard them ask you over the phone if you'd accept a picture too and you said, "no." My teen daughter was there as a witness and cannot believe you'd lie about this. I've now had to explain to her that in business people sometimes lie to protect their reputation. I do not appreciate your false statements. Based on your Yelp rating and reviews I've read about you and your store, it's not surprising. These negative reviews will continue to pile up until you take an honest look at how you conduct yourself and your business. In some ways, I pity you.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: My teenage daughters bought me a Phillies hat for Father's Day. It had a flat brim and wasn't age appropriate so I went back to do an even exchange for a different one. My daughters didn't have the receipt and they wouldn't do an even exchange even though the hat was in perfect condition, hadn't been worn, and they still sold the exact same hat. I give credit to the employee at the store for calling the manager for me, but even after speaking to them, they wouldn't accept the even exchange nor a picture of the receipt as proof of purchase.
