Pandora Jewelry — Local services in Middletown Township

This Pandora store is wonderful!! I’m a huge fan of their everyday jewelry for the office. This store location (Oxford valley mall)is beyond amazing…I’ve visited other pandora stores in different parts of America and none of the others I have visited, have the cleanliness or outstanding customer service that the Oxford Valley mall store does. When visiting Disney springs the associate in pandora very standoffish when I asked for assistance, she almost seemed annoyed when asking to see a variety of charms… while the associate at the Oxford Valley Mall was thrilled and very friendly when asking to see a few charms. The interactions in store influenced my purchases 100%. My husband and I bought about 1,000$ worth of charms, bracelets, necklaces and earrings at Oxford Valley as gifts for in laws, aunts and some of the older children in our extended family… meanwhile we didn’t want to purchase a single item at the Disney springs location due to the way the staff vibed. Kudos to Oxford Valleys...

I will never shop with Pandora again, after years of purchases and collecting charms. The return policy is awful; they will not work with you at all after 30 days. I didn't even want money back, I just wanted to exchange an item I have a duplicate of and make some other purchases. Read: spend MORE money with them! The sales associates in OV are incredibly rude and unhelpful, but a call to customer service proved just as bad. I work in retail, and I cannot imagine not accommodating a customer, especially when they were planning to spend more money...
