I opened an account in this store last weekend and I thought everything was fine as the manager was polite and attentive. When we arrived home we realized that his assistant who finished the service for him didn’t give us an account number or any other paperwork. We called them and they told us to call ATT call center. Then we spent 20 minutes with ATT but they could not give us the account number cause the password that store registered was wrong and they wanted us to call us again 48hours cause the account was new. Next call with ATT(now more 30 minutes) we discovered that not only the password was wrong but also the email(not only a simple spelling mistake), the auto-pay was not activated (we even gave our credit card number at the store for them to do so) and the trade in promotion was not initiated in the system according to ATT call center. Given all the mistakes we gave a score of 2 to the service in the ATT text survey with descriptive feedback of what the problems were. A few days later, we went to complete the trade in to give them the phone and make sure everything was ok. To our surprise we were told by an associate at the store that the manager “Freddie has denied service for us”. So instead of taking feedback for improvement, this store used the feedback to bully customers and make them feel mistreated. All we did was simply reply to a SMS survey with honest feedback! Read moreYesterday I visited this store in order to upgrade my iPhone to the newest IPhone 16 pro, I had already visited 1 location prior and called in to ensure I was able to find at least one model left before I arriving, I was lucky to get the confirmation from Jason that they had one pro model left and if i got there in time I could call it my own. I’d made it in time and Jason was the one that helped me the entire time, it was a very long process, it took hours to transfer my existing phone data over to the new phone and during this time Jason, was extremely helpful in deciding the best choices moving forward with the phone and my existing plan, with extensive experience in the tech field as well as vast expertise and knowledge surrounding the capabilities of the companies options. He offered a WiFi promotion that was for IPhone 16 pro buyers, but all of the sales pitches felt genuine, he never pushed anything onto me that didn’t have relevance to our topic of conversation and could directly benefit me and my family. We’ve been customers with At&T for decades and haven’t had an experience this pleasant throughout the entirety of our membership. Thank you Jason and the other members of the staff here for maintaining professionalism and being so helpful throughout this entire process. With all seriousness you all deserve raises. Read moreWent in to upgrade my phone. After fully paying off my current phone. I was than told it would be a 1 month wait to get an iPhone 12. After telling them that we would try to find an iPhone somewhere else before signing for a new phone with this AT&T store. We than are able to find one in stock at a different store. But we were than told we were not eligible for an upgrade. So we go back to this AT&T store to find that they put an installment plan of $1,000 on a phone WE ALREADY PAID OFF. After talk to the customer service they promised it would be taken care of in less than 2 hours. Well it’s now been 36 hours and I’m being told it will be another 72 hours to fully resolve this issue. Now that I’m out of a phone and waiting to get a new one the manager at this store tells me it’s “NOT MY PROBLEM”.
