Games Unplugged — Attraction in Midlothian

Was working in the area and stopped in trying to find a simple ultra pro playmat tube for my son. Ordering them online didn't make since do to shipping and we had been unable to find any at our local shops and the didn't want to order them in until the inventory on the other brand they stock got a little lower. I was a little numbed at first when I didn't see them but when I explained to the employee/owner that I had been having a hard time finding them he grabbed a brand new ultra pro matt that came in a tube and asked if that was the one I was looking for. I replied yes but my son already has a matt he said no problem and took the brand new matt out of the tube and handed it to me. Not only did he part it to get me taken care of but he also sold it to me at the regular price didn't try and scalp me knowing I was having trouble finding it. I live about 45 min away but will try and make the effort to come hit up an FMN or something in the future....

I've only been a couple times; however, the staff is friendly and engaging. They're eager to demonstrate new games or introduce new gamers to the world of gaming, the right formula for any true gaming store. Their shop is small but has a lot going for it. Good selection that caters to most all interests. Updating: After frequenting, I have changed my rating from a 4 star to a 5 star. This is a great shop. There is plenty of playing space. All the players I've encountered were willing to make space for other gamers and not being the usual gamer elitists. The owner is constantly listening to customer suggestions on inventory and willing to experiment with new game systems. I currently play in a Shadowrun group, that meets at the shop, and everyone is easy to get along with. The shop staff, including the owner, even jump in...

Husband and I came here after hearing about this store. We are locals into DND, Magic, and One Piece TCG. Walked in and was greeted pleasantly. I was excited to see they had some stuff I have been looking for. Apparently I was too outwardly too excited about what I found because as I go to look at dice my husband comes up to me to let me know we are leaving as he heard the EMPLOYEE talking about him and I very distastefully to A CUSTOMER.
