The Health Department needs to do a drop-in visit and the manager on duty that Saturday 10/19 2024 needs to go back to Food Handling and Manager Responsible Course RUN RUN RUN!!! DONT EAT AT THIS LOCATION MY HUSBAND AND I WERE HAVING A AFTERNOON LUNCH DATE around 1:30pm we went in to order our food The total was over $25.00 for the both of us got our order drove home started eating the chicken it was SO OLD WE COULDN'T EAT IT I calledbthe number to the location off Google the store didn't answer so I called another location the called and called me back to say don't understand why they were not answering then told me to take the food back to that location WE DID JUST THAT DROVE one of the employees was outside pushing the trash he dumped the trash and by the time he came inside we were at the counter talking to the manager about our food she said No problem Hail Started the man from the outside come in the backdoor he pushing the trashcan she calls out to him drop some poppers he said ok walked over to the freezer gets the bag puts his hand inside the bag and drops the poppers in the oil AT THIS POINT I ASKED THE SAME MANAGER TO PLEASE I NEED TO TALK TO YOU SHE CAME OVER I INFORMED her he was outside with the trash and HE DIDN'T WASH HIS HANDS SHE THEN SAID SHE WOULD MAKE OUR FOOD WELL LADY HE WAS THE SAME COOK THE FIRST TIME WE CAME AND YOUR GOING TO COOK POPPERS OUT THE SAME BAG HE WAS JUST IN AND the manager went to the cook he started laughing, the shift manager, and she began laughing looking at us She came back and asked well what do you want me to do

I told her we would come back another day to eat she took my name and said she would post it in the manager's office No refund was offered...

The last 3 times I visited this location, I had to wait about 20 mins. I don't mind waiting for fresh food, however, I received my food cold, chicken had been reheated, the fries were cold, gravy cold, the corn nuggets were not completely cooked through and cold inside, and the roll was flat as a pancake once and burned the next and I do mean black. There were 3 high school kids working the drive-thru. 1st male was sitting on a stack of boxes on his phone, 2nd-female was working her buns off, working the window, taking money, bringing drinks outside delivering to cars, and taking their payments at their cars. The 3rd female was wearing a headset and standing around, picking her fingernails, looking at the floor and ceiling, and watching the other female run around like a mad woman trying to keep up with orders and customer service. It appeared a young adult manager was training another high school-age male to box the food. Nevertheless, this was the third recent visit and the customer service has deteriorated as well as the quality of the food. I will no longer visit this location which saddens me since it is down the street and my favorite fast-food place to eat out. I hope management takes this review seriously and addresses the issues. We get there, we order, get to the window and then wait. And wait. And wait some more. I'm not sure what exactly we were waiting on. While we were waiting, the girls inside were cleaning up. One was wiping down the top part where the chicken normally sits. (They had everything in boxes below. We got there an hour before the close) as she is wiping, she drops the towel on the floor. Another girl picks it up and tosses it OVER THE FOOD, BACK ONTO THE FOOD BAR! Then the one wiping drops another, picks it up, and proceeded to continue wiping the place where they normally keep the chicken!! Neither one washes their hands and proceeds to work with the food. We get the managers attention because that is just gross. She asked if we were waiting on something. I said we have been waiting. Our food were in boxes just sitting on the side most of that time. By the time we get home, it's cold. And then when we get it, they forgot one of the meals. To top it off, the sweet tea was nearly unbearably sweet. I know it's supposed to be sweet, we normally love their tea, BUT we shouldn't take a drink and have a mouth full of sugar. Overall our first visit to this...
