These guys are great!!! Excellent customer service - friendly from the time you walk in and helpful (not bothersome) in the lease bit, and that "salesman stalker" or high pressure "used car" syndrome does not exist here! Honestly they were so nice it scared me a bit until I realized they were being legit! Kinda like your long lost college buddies/friends - couldn't believe the "top shelf" customer service this store had!!! Been in the military nearly 40 years and went to the BX first, and had the opposite effect I was treated horrible- was ignored, never was helped, and waited around trying to just ask questions to shop at the base exchange furniture store; I was made to feel like I was bothering somebody, and then when I went to complain, couldn't find the manager, left the store called, and called for an hour - still couldn't get ahold of anybody answering the phone or even a manage. It was just an unnecessary and worthless journey the BX folks put me through, but these customer service "special operators" made it right!!! Ian (mgr) and Adrian (sales pro) are very respectful of your personal space, meaning you will not be attacked coming in The door and you are able to browse/shop at your leisure. This store carries a great selection of Ashley Furniture. More than likely, you will wait up to a week for your order, as they have minimal warehouse space. I was lucky and had my choice in stock. They also have a website with thousands of additional items you can shop from. If you are running short on credit availability, there are a couple of short term finance companies that offer 100 day payback options. I strongly suggest you do not go past the 100 days as your percentage is 173.47% if you do. For example a $1400 purchase would cost you about $4000 with 18 month payoff. I opted for the 101day 7 biweekly pymts of $184.50 each. Overall my experience was a real pleasure. The warehouse worker had not acquired a lot of skill in loading product onto a truck yet. Choosing delivery might save time initially, but it could end up costing more in the long run—especially when you have to deal with poor communication and constant delays. The staff called to coordinate a next-day delivery, so I rearranged my work schedule to be available and even took time off to ensure I could receive the furniture. However, after a follow-up call confirming the delivery, I was informed they were running behind schedule. Despite being told that the delivery was on its way, no one showed up, and I never received any further updates or notifications about the delay.
