Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Midwest City

I chocked on a piece of plastic that was in my food. I’m not too sure if it was in the marinara sauce or the pizza. Since I dipped my slice in the sauce. As I was pulling out of my mouth what I thought would be a hard pepperoni.. it was actually a thick piece of plastic. I’m so disappointed and disgusted because I swallowed my food before realizing what I had just pulled out of my mouth and chocked on the other parts of plastic. Not to mention this was halfway through the point my family had been eating and the food was damn near gone. This is so nasty and extremely dangerous thing!! I always had ordered from this Mazzio. We have only had 1 other time that we had our food delivered and our sauce was bloated and smelled sour because it was expired. We had called and spoke with a young man and informed him to inspect the sauces that had just received 3 sour expired sauces.

The GM or whoever is in charge needs to be aware that the food safety regulations are not being followed or something. Sour/ expired sauce is one thing but physically chocking is another! I found 1 more in my sauce. A whole...

Used to be great, unfortunately now they have literal children working the front. I walked in, as 2 employees were talking to a young lady leaning over the table to talk to her. They ask how they could help me and I said I had a pickup order. They said he’s cutting it. Then as one guy walked to the back he’s begging the other employee to switch him so he could flirt with the girl at the front. They are blaring some awful R&B music from a little speaker, not a big deal but very unprofessional. Then the guy brings my order to me says have a good night but I’m literally missing 3 different things… I tell him and he just yells at the other employee, walks to the back grabs it and brings it to me. No bag offered, no peppers or cheese offered. I’ve been eating at Mazzios all over Oklahoma for 25 years and this is by far the worst place I’ve been too. They also have continued to give smaller and smaller portions, which is part of the times but you could atleast have decent customer service. I work in the restaurant business and I would be ashamed to be the owner or manager...

I ordered the new cauliflower crust pizza for myself a calzone for my husband along with cheese dippers for the kids. I went in to pick up my order , which I checked first because I've been on the bad side of that before, and sure enough my cauliflower pizza was a medium pepperoni regular crust pizza. I brought it to the cashier's attention and she took it to a man in the back making pizza's, who I assumed was the manager, she spoke with him and then came back to say that he said we will remake the pizza. I asked how long it would take and she said 15 to 20 minutes. I said the rest of my order would not be any good by the time the other pizza was done. She just looked at me and didn't offer a solution for the problem. I said I would just pay for the pizzas that were ready and cancel the other. She never said a word, turned and went back to the manager. He came out, never said a word and cashed me out. I took my pizza's, said no apologies necessary and left. I will never order pizza from them again! They didn't even care! Terrible...
