I would give 1,000 stars if it would let me. LADIES, THIS IS THE SHOP TO GO TO! Everything from the try on appointment, to alterations, to pick up was such a stress-free time that really made everything amazing and seamless!

Try on: hands down the best experience. I was overwhelmed after going to 6 other stores that week, and trying on over 40 other dresses at that point. I let my stylist know what I had narrowed down as far as my preferences, and she NAILED IT on the first dress she brought me! I said "yes" that day, surrounded by my family and friends, and I even got a discount for saying yes that day! The most amazing part? I was shopping only FIVE MONTHS before my wedding, but Gina and the team made it so stress free! A tiny rush charge (seriously, it was so reasonable) and we were good to go!

Alterations: their alterations specialist is so sweet and kind, she is seriously the best!! My dress fit like a glove and didn't move all night, even being a strapless and me being a little bigger up top. I cannot stress how wonderful their alterations policy is, where they will not exceed a certain price point, ever. My best friend's alterations cost more than she paid for her dress!! This is not how Gina's operates, and that is such a refreshing thing to see.

Pick-up and after: pick up was breeze! We did a final try on, and because I couldn't have any of my party come with me, they made a personalized video on my phone of how to do the bustle for my dress! That was a life saver at the reception, being able to reference step by step!

I reached out after the wedding because we did a lot of traipsing through the (muddy, rainy) forest for our wedding photos and the dress has some stains and rips, asking for recommendations on where to do repairs and cleaning. THEY DO REPAIRS TOO!! And they send out for cleaning and preservation after! Truly a one stop shop, I cannot recommend...

This is the only place I would recommend to shop for and purchase your wedding dress! I bought my wedding dress from Gina's 2 years ago (wedding delay due to Covid) and had tried it on a few times in those 2 years. While I really liked the dress, I was not sure I still loved it. Five weeks before my wedding I was getting very stressed about not feeling great in the dress but figured with so little time there was nothing that could be done about it. I decided to call Gina's just to try my dress on again with all the accessories (veil, etc) to see if I felt better. They got me a appointment within 48 hours of me calling. When I arrived I explained my situation. They were not only extremely kind and understanding, but quickly pulled 5 alternate dresses for me to try on. They told me their priority was for me to feel perfect on my wedding day and they would handle the rest and that 'No' is not in their vocabulary. I left with my original dress AND a new one from the selection they pulled for me, even though they would have taken the first one back. I was ready to pay a lot of money so that I could feel confident on my wedding day, but left having paid well under what I originally intended. I cannot say enough about how nervous I was when I arrived, and how happy, carefree, confident, and GRATEFUL I felt when I left. These ladies treat you like family by providing helpful guidance, along with kind and honest feedback. They will do whatever they have to in order to achieve a positive outcome for their clients. Gina's Bridal was my first ever wedding dress shopping experience, and I am so glad I went here first! Gina was my consultant and shared a pre-visit survey to gauge what types of dresses I was interested in. Not having a dream dress/wedding growing up, I wanted to try anything and everything! Gina pulled such a great selection to get me started, and pulled more dresses as my visit went on based on my feedback, plus my moms and matron of honor. Her boutique is the cutest setting and provides such great space, even if other girls are trying on dresses or browsing at the same time. The fitting rooms and decorations were spot on! I ended up selecting the first dress I ever tried on and am so grateful! My girls fell in love with it, but being unsure with myself, I went on to visit various other places in Metro Detroit and back where I live in Wisconsin. I returned when I kept comparing every other dress to that very first one! I'm so thrilled with how it turned out -- it truly was the perfect dress for me. Hands down, Gina's Bridal provides the absolute best experience, options, and price ranges. Gina and her staff were fantastic throughout all of my fittings, too, and made me feel and look like a queen. I also was interested in purchasing a bridal headpiece during my second fitting, but unfortunately it was broken.
