Milford Memories — Attraction in Milford Charter Township

A substantial- sized , mom & pop - feeling street fair. Go for crafts, art, a few small businesses with sales, fun street-fair food choices( try the unusual : Fire and Rice payea (sorry-sp?). Its NOT hot unless you hot sause it, but easy to eat, not greasy or food that would slow you down- tasty!). Most reasonable roasted corn on the cob anywhere, served by the nicest people you will meet anywhere! Theres also a little mom& pop chocolate candymaker shop downtown- but a dark cashew cluster or non- pareil- yummy treats for ANY chocoholic! Great cinnamon roasted nut vendor in center of town, has all 3 nut types ...mmm...a couple different music stages to keep you entertained...I would recommend for all ages, because theres SOMETHING...

This was the first time that I had gone to this event, it was very enjoyable I was surprised to see how big it was and how many shops were set up, it's very popular and hard to find a parking space, but if you enjoy going to these type of fairs with shops or to just hang out this is a very good experience, they have such a big variety of things for sale much like how other affairs and events used to be but over the years unfortunately other places have dwindled on what they have and how many, I highly...

This would have gotten four stars but the parking and access is truly a pain. The reason for that, of course, is there are lots and lots of people attending. That is, no doubt, good for the town and a reflection of the popularity of the event. This is intended primarily as an arts and crafts type show. Not a lot of 'fine' art.
