As people always say, I’d give a 0 if I could. STEAR CLEAR! Andrew at this store is an absolute slimeball. Went in to add me to my fiancé’s existing phone plan. He told us we could get new phones for next to nothing, we said we didn’t need them. He kept egging us on saying it was a one time promotion for adding me to the line and that there was no catch. We finally hesitantly agreed after asking more questions and paid the little charge there was. Two weeks later, we got a bill for almost $400. We promptly went into the store to see him while he trashed Verizon and said “corporate has been doing this lately to people” and adding charges to their bills. I wasn’t happy and inquired if he did this and earned commission and he said, “No, i’m not one of THOSE sleazy salesman. I’m a straight shooter and that’s why everyone at this store comes to me. Just trust me, I’ll take care of you.” He said he’d reach out and try to get us credits for the bill which had us on higher phone plans, phone protection insurance, added taxes/fees, etc. He said he was going to ask for $200 worth because we deserved it and would make us whole again with what we had to pay already. He kept texting us over a 8-week period saying he was going to have an answer that day, but then we never heard anything. He finally just started ignoring our texts. I called corporate myself and they were absolutely DISGUSTED! First off, they said they have no record that Andrew was trying to fix/request anything or that he ever even contacted them. She said if he had called them, they could’ve had it fixed in a day. They discounted our plans, fixed our botched account, and reimbursed us for the extra payments we paid. They also made us aware that what Andrew told us would be our monthly bill, was actually wrong. It was going to be about $80 higher. They also informed me that Andrew 100% earned a commission by manually adding us to higher phone plans than needed, adding protection to our phones, selling us the new phones, etc. The supervisor I spoke to requested I file an official complaint with the BBB, which I will be doing promptly. Do not trust this SCUMBAG. Other people who work at the store are nice and the Corporate Verizon woman I spoke to was incredible, but that is not worth falling victim to what we’ve been dealing with. Drive the extra distance to go to a different...
Read moreMy experience with this store has been nothing but problems from day one. Where to start.... I purchased my phone as a buy one get one. The sales person and manager explained to me that we could get a iPhone and a droid for the buy one get one. I asked multiple times if you could interchange manufacturers. They assured me that was what their store offered (only the go wireless store). Next I signed up for a go unlimited plan. After 2 days I was notified via text that I was out of data. I had to go back to the store and ask why I was out of data if I am on the go unlimited plan. They explained that they messed up and signed me up for the 2g plan instead. That has been corrected. However, I never received a new contract and my now buy one get one deal (that I was told was ok to mix manufactures) has not been credited to my account. I have been in this store every month asking about my credit. Every month I am told it’s coming. Well know it’s been 9 months since I have gotten my phones and still no credits. When I go in the store now, I am brushed away being told by the same manager who told me about the BOGO that he never told us that we could Interchanged the manufactures. I have a question, how in the world would I come up with that? I questioned and questioned them about it. They keep saying they will contact their account supervisor and call me back. But I only received one phone call this whole time. Today we went into the store to get answers and the store managers supervisor hung up on my husband. What kind of customer service is that. My husband is in customer service and he would never treat a customer the way he was treated. All I want is what the manager assured me of, the BOGO program...
Read moreI didn't have a great experience here. The service was rude.
I was in there for two hours while they tried to activate my new phone. Then when I went home I saw I had no service. I had to go into a different Verizon the next day for them to fix it.
Also, I had originally planned on ordering a cheaper phone and asked to look at the Galaxy 8, they convinced me to just get the galaxy s10 for $10 more a month, which is fine, but they then tried to sell me the protectors and case, but while they had been setting stuff up I had logged onto Amazon to order a case and screen protector so it can just come in soon and I just kind of browsed while waiting. Anyways, this made me uncomfortable: they tried to sell me that stuff and I told them I wasn't interested and had literally just ordered it online, and then the woman in there was like cutting me off saying I didn't buy the galaxy 8. I told her I didn't order it for the 8, but for the 10, and she was like trying to cut me off and I think, catch me in a lie by reminding me I came in asking for the 8, so how could I have ordered it for the 10. Its was so weird and rude! *Um, first of all, I'm not a liar and you don't know me. *Second of all, I don't have to buy your accessories if I don't want them. *Thirdly, have you ever heard of Amazon? You just type in what you want, click it, and they ship it to you in two days. It's possible I ordered it while waiting in line, which I did!
Then the guy at the counter told me how he hated his boss, which was really awkward. I just want a phone, which you didn't even...
