My dog and I walk through the nature preserve frequently. The trails are well maintained, with a play field and a small off-leash dog area right on the creek. The preserve is privately owned by the Mill Creek Community Association, for use by MCCA members and their guests.

Very nice paved trails through the nature preserve of Mill Creek, although this is for the residents only. I really love to live in this neighborhood.

Very nice little walk through the trees & along the creek. Lots of my feathered friends were there in beautiful voices. Dogs are welcome on leash.

This place is beautiful in all seasons. I don't have pictures from last summer, but I wish I could've saved them for everyone who can't travel here to see. It's just beautiful. Jaw-dropping. So green and peaceful in the summer like something out of Van Gogh painting. And as you can see, gorgeous in the winter as well. There's wildlife here, even though it's about 3 minutes from downtown Mill Creek. There's salmon in the creek and all different kinds of birds. I highly recommend a visit here for all you #localguides out there - for everyone really. There's a nature trail and a dog park in here! You can barely tell you're...

A little slice of nature next to a bustling town center. Paved paths wind through tall trees, over and around a slow creek and past many varieties of plants and wildflowers. The paths are mostly flat, though there's a bit of a hill on one end where the paths lead out into a park. The Mill Creek nature reserve is also home to some of our local wildlife. You'll hear lots of birds singing in the trees, and may even catch a glimpse of some of the other animals that live there. In addition to squirrels and chipmunks, I've seen rabbits, a garter snake, and once near sunset, a group of...

Poor business plan to close this to the public when it literally connects the entire Mill Creek walking area. So people just park outside the lot and walk in. A better business plan to generate income would be to provide a yearly, monthly and daily passes to residents of the area to fund the use of the public (which I believe still happens) on those trails. Not only are you missing vitals funds, needed for the increasing cost of maintenance, you could alleviate some of the increasing cost of HOA fees on...
