Okay so I've been a boost customer now for about 6 years and believe me it's not without problems that I have. From being ripped off by them to being told that the false truths to no one ever answering the phone when I did try to straighten things out. So I go into my local boost store to pay my bill the other day can you tell me that she is going to tack on $4 for me coming in to pay my bill instead of doing it online which if you do it by phone they charge you the $4 anyway you have to be in their app to get away with not paying to pay someone. Is that the most ridiculous sentence you've ever read I have to pay to pay someone that is crazy. This world has gone crazy and every business needs to go back to the customers the one that they take care of not their pocketbook and things would be a lot better and people would be a lot nicer I know that but if our current administration has anything to do with it we will all be fried potatoes before the end of this year. Read moreCarlos at 3900 S location was the best service rep I've had since starting my service in Aug 2018. I've been having issues with my service since July. I'm I've been to the North Temple Store three times and calling in to 800# more times than I can count to try to resolve the problem. Carlos finally made sense of the issue, gave me multiple options on how to get around the problem but ultimately I need to send the phone in on a claim to get a new one because the phone is pretty beat up after all. Carlos is a great representative for the company and I can't tell him enough how much I appreciate his honesty and help today, I'm glad I took one last chance and stopped in. I'm now keeping keeping my service at least another month after I get another phone to see if the handset was the issue instead of the network.
