**Immersive Experience: The Joy of American Chinese Buffet (Part 2)**

If you like Chinese buffet, it is highly recommended here. The price is reasonable, 22 dollars per person, which is much cheaper than California. And there are many kinds of food: Japanese cuisine, fried dishes of your choice, seafood desserts, fruits and ice cream. You can find a lot of food you want to eat there. For me, its hot spot is self-help stir-fry. You can choose vegetables, seafood, meat and side dishes and seasonings according to your own preferences, and the chef will fry a hot and delicious dish for you on the spot. It's delicious! They serve plenty of food, and every food I eat tastes good. It's great! The waiter asks you warmly and politely for the drink you need and delivers it in time. Used dishes can also be cleaned in time. I had a very satisfactory consumption, and finally I had an ice cream after I was full. I have to recommend it to my friends who come to visit Salt Lake City. Five stars praise!

After many years of being around, this buffet restaurant is pretty consistent with their food varieties. Plenty of selections of seafoods, meat (chicken, pork, beef), vegetable dishes, choice of carbs: rice or lo mien noodles, steam or fried rice, different types of bread), appetizers and desserts. They even have mongolian grill where you can customize your dish to your liking. Plenty of desserts and bottomless drinks. Staff/Crews are very attentive and polite. I like it that they always have someone checking the food items in their buffet area to make sure everything is in order, proper temperature and refilled when needed. I noticed that they somehow neglect to maintain the exterior of the building though. Some structures are broken and not well maintained. The garden area looks neglected too. Ok overall and would recommend.

I was one of the first customers of the day I came in at opening and the food seemed to be okay. I ate three strawberries and decided I need to use the restroom really quick. They don’t have any seat covers so I made one using toilet paper. I went to flush but paper got a bit stuck so I picked up the seat cover and to my surprise there was dried BLOOD ALL OVER THE SEAT. THE BACK OF IT TOO!!! I was so grossed out. I sat on someone’s BLOOD !!! So I asked for a manager and they said he’s to busy to yak he’s ordering food. So they sent over multiple different people who are not the manager. Than I happen to look up seeing the manager stroll across the building I said please go get him they said no he’s busy. Well it’s crazy he’s so busy but no one can clean a toilet in that place! I showed them the pictures of this toilet they had every excuse as to why it was there. One said oh mam it must’ve just happen ( it was clearly dried!) one said oh it was busy last night and there last customers left very late ( so to the woman who’s bleeding last night who had a blood party on the toilet apparently it’s your fault) than one said oh well we clean them but must have not seen it ( how the hell can you miss this. ) I don’t care about me paying for our part all I wanted was SOMEONE TO CLEAN IT SO NO ONE ELSE CAN SIT IN IT !!! They thought here we will refund just you not your other 1 guest who ( didn’t even eat yet!!!!) I seen four other woman go in and out of that toilet I didn’t speak Spanish or I woulda stopped them but you think that they would do it for me. Oh here is the kicker one of the workers said. Well man there is 3 other toilets you can use that Doesn’t have blood on it. WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE. BLOOD IS WORSE THAN A BUG IN YOUR FOOD ITA WORSE THAN GOOD POISING it carries many diseases and it can be very bad ! I ALONG WITH ALL MY FAMILY WILL NEVER COME BACK. THEY DISCOUNTED JUST MY PLATE. really not a apology...

If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. I drove over an hour from Eagle Mountain—through rush hour traffic—because I called days in advance and was told they had crab legs on the buffet. That was a lie, or at best, a cruel joke.

What they called “crab legs” were pathetic, shriveled, sad excuses for seafood. They dropped them once in over an hour, and it was maybe enough for three people. This wasn’t a buffet—it was a scavenger hunt, and the prize was mushy, foul-tasting crab that seemed like it had been microwaved from last week’s leftovers.

The crawfish? GREY. Literally grey. Anyone from the South knows that’s not just a red flag—it’s a health hazard. I wouldn’t feed that to a stray animal. My friend tried the mussels and spit it right out. The shrimp was rubbery and gross. The cheese wontons were fried to hell and back, with no cheese left inside.

The only edible item was the California roll, which says a lot since it’s basically the instant ramen of sushi. Even the dessert bar was embarrassing—just sad-looking fruit and something that resembled cake but tasted like wet cardboard. The only highlight was a chocolate fountain, but guess what? The only things to dip were pineapple and stale marshmallows and no strawberries.

Honestly, I wouldn’t eat here again if the meal were free and came with a $100 gift card. I should’ve asked for a refund, but I didn’t want to start a riot in the lobby. This place isn’t just bad—it’s borderline offensive. Avoid it...

I want to give this buffet 5 stars but I can't. let me start with this pace is always busy, and I'm happy for them. I recently visited for the first time for a family celebration. we went around 4pm on a Thursday and the place could use some upkeep outside, I understand its a big place but if you rotate your employees hourly to to a parking lot check it would help keep the area looking good. We were 3 adults and 4 kids, drinks are separate which I didn't love overall we spent about $100, in comparison I can go to chuckarama and drinks are included for about $30-35 cheaper.

the server was very attentive and I did appreciate that a lot of times you go places and its hard to find a server especially in the buffet world. they have a lot of options for food, seafood especially, I just felt that majority of what I had and the others at my table had we felt like a lot of the items had the same flavor profile and if I closed my eyes I couldn't tell the difference, they mass produce to keep up but they fail at the execution of flavor. I also noticed that the staff that seats you is very unapproachable, they are very short with you and see you as just getting you seated and getting to the next person with no emotion. I almost feeling like I'm a burden to them by asking a question. overall no matter what I write its still a popular spot and people will always go but for...
