Just went here tonight. The girl at the front counter who took our order was rude and had an attitude. The biscuits were old, dried out and HARD. The white gravy had been sitting there so long that it had crusted over. It's things like that, that will make people sick. My wife said hello to a worker who was wiping down the buffet counter and got no response. When I went back to the buffet counter to get more food the assistant manager asked me if i had ordered the buffet because I had a black plate instead of a white one which is what they give you when you order the buffet. It just happened that i asked when ordering for a couple of chicken fried steaks to go with my buffet. They are not on the buffet table they have to cook them up seperately for you. The non-buffet meals come on a black plate. When i got them there was an extra plate under that one so i just used that to get more food from the buffet. He thought i was stealing food from the buffet without paying for the buffet. My wife said the rest room was out of paper towels to dry your hands. I told the assistant manager and he said you can use the hand blower/drier. Some people don't like to use those because according to reports those kind are known to hold bacteria. As if that wasn't enough some guy came in off the street with two large dogs. The assistant manager told him he could not have them in there and the guy told him they were service animals which they were not. Service animals will usually have an orange vest on and also people with service animals are required to have documentation on them at all times when they go into a business. The manager let him stay. Yuck! I don't know about anyone else but I don't care to eat in a restaurant that has dogs in it. It's sad to see how badly this place has gone down. My family has being going to this KFC for many years. $25.00 for the displeasure of being treated like crap.Won't be going back soon. Everyone...
Read moreI have been a loyal customer of this establishment for 20 years.. My father and I meet there once a week because it is his favorite place to eat. They have really gone downhill starting approx 5 years ago. They used to let you order anything on the menu even if it was not on the buffet. Now if it's not on the buffet your s.o.l. I always got mac and cheese, but now thats agaist the rules. Today I asked the manager why they were out of grilled chicken. He told me the cook doesn't feel like doing it today. But if I waited 45 mins he would make me one drumstick and thigh. The manager had his gloves on and was texting while talking to me as well. No big deal i like original anyway i just eat one or two grilled pieces, but my girlfriend likes grilled. I grill chicken at home and it doesnt take 45 mins. The original chicken was dry, so my dad and I were waiting for them to bring out a fresh batch. Some of the other patrons were waiting as well, cause as soon as they finally brought it out about 10 people stood up with me to get the fresh chicken. The chicken was just as dry as the batch before. A quick peek in the kitchen revealed they were cooking giant batches for their drive through customers and putting the old chicken on the buffet. The employees seemed to mostly be in high school and in my opinion show no professionalism whatsoever. The employees have face peircings, gauges, and beards, but they don't wear beard hair nets. Maybe the laws have changed, but when I worked in food service employees had to remove face peircings. Not a big deal to me, but it showes their level of professionalism. Maybe managment pays too low to get quality employees, however they are busier than most sit down restaurants that size, so I believe they can afford to pay them more and maybe get some adult employees who care about their job. I've always loved KFC buffet, and my whole family loved it as well. I'm sad to say they have lost a...
Read moreI brought visitors from Korea to see the first KFC, and they were thrilled to have this experience. However, my order as mishandled at the Drive Thru, leading to me being over charged for a 12-piece meal. The cashier made several mistakes with my order, namely charging me for a third side on this meal when there are three sides already included, and they would not give me the total for the order until I got to the window, which is something that I have NEVER seen before with a restaurant. I got to the window, and I was surprised at the total, but I was told that ordering coleslaw carried an extra charge, but sometimes restaurants will change the menu/pricing without updating the drive-thru menu. Fortunately, the manager found the problem, and I was refunded the wrong total and charged the correct amount. By the time I got the food order, I had not received my credit card or my receipt, which was needed. I saw that the location has a sign that said that “if you don’t get a receipt when you get your food, your meal is free” at the time of the order. I felt so sorry for the cashier and their several mistakes that I did not want to push the order, especially as there were about 6-7 cars waiting in the drive-thru behind me, and I had been in line an obnoxiously long time by that point already. I was hoping to contact the location privately/online through their feedback system, but KFC does not allow this, so this is in the public forum. I am not trying to say that someone should not get food from KFC, especially since they have a good product. I am simply hoping that this can give customers, such as me, some insight into making sure that their order is reviewed before handing over your payment form. I would also hope that management reviews these feedback items since their chain's feedback system is unable to work for private...
