I have been going to Pavillion for 2+ years now. Recently, pavillion underwent new management. I have been seeing Andy religiously for almost a year. He did such a phenomenal job everytime. Very kind and caring. Andy was excited about the new management and told me to come back in December. When I came back, Andy was mysteriously not working there anymore (along with the rest of the entire original team) based on other reviews of previous employees, it seems that they were bullied out of the establishment and forced to quit. Very disappointing. The man that did my toes did an okay job. The man that did my fingers put my hands in acetone for over 45 minutes after I MADE AN APPOINTMENT. I also only wanted a fill but they put my hands in acetone without questions asked. I was there with a friend so I was expecting to get my pedicure and manicure done at the same time as I had requested at my appointment. When the man that was doing my fingers finally came back, my friend was completely done and I did not want to wait to do what I was going to do (acrylic fill with French). I decided to do Gel on my natural nails to save time. He ended up putting Gel X on my nails (I did not ask for this, and was charged more). He did not do a good job on the gel and theyâre were holes on my nails that I kept requesting to be fixed. Overall, an okay experience as it was 25% off, but disappointing to see all the original talent gone without explanation. Still looking for where Andy went. Hopefully he is okay. Will be going...
Read moreI came to this nail salon today for the first time because I was in the area and didnât have time to drive to my usual spot. I asked for SNS (almond shaped) along with a pedicure. No issues with the pedicure. It was my manicure that I had so many issues with.
For starters, multiple nails still have the red color all around them. They look unkept and unclean with the red bleeding out to the sides of my cuticles and fingers.
Some of the clear polish (not sure what itâs called) can be seen on the sides of multiple fingers.
Worst of all, the electrical tool they use to shave down the nail bed, she cut me with it multiple times on 3 different fingers! OUCH! I couldnât bend one of my fingers because it was that painful. I canât put my fingers in water right now because it just stings so badly for me. I even said ouch to her and she just said my nail bed is too close to my skinâŚ.. what?? So itâs my fault I got cut with your tool? Lol thatâs absurd.
The ends of the nail beds arenât even fully coated in SNS. i mean overall just very very sloppy.
I got seated pretty quickly. Which was great but then the waiting part was the longest. I waited for over 45 minutes and they werenât even that busy to justify waiting that long.
Like I said, just a very sloppy job and I get my nails done A LOT and this was not quality work at all.
Also if you compare my two thumbs, one is okay looking and the right thumb looks so uneven in the SNS powder coating and shaving. Ugh so so disappointed. I wonât...
Read moreSo everyone there was SUPER kind. The presentation is amazing. My issue(s) were this: ⢠overpriced by a LOT. I paid $286 for two pedicures (priced at $42 each - #2 on their menu), a full set of acrylics for my daughter, and sns for myself. They charged me an additional $20 each to have gel polish on our toes. Of course they didnât tell me this until it was time to pay. We were also nickel and dimed with $5 for my daughter keeping the nails long. $5 for coffin shaped, etc. ⢠they have a policy if something happens to the nails in the first 7 days, they will fix free of charge. Day two my daughters acrylic literally popped off. Another one broke in half. This was not from her being rough. We get our nails/toes done regularly and never had this problem. When we went back to fix, they were nice but did a horrible job repairing. We havenât even hit our 2 week mark and all of her nails either popped off or broke. Again, everyone is/was super nice but the quality of product is terrible. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. Itâs not even our 2 week mark and both of us look like our nails and toes have been neglected for at...
