I recently had the pleasure of visiting Caribou Coffee and I must say, it was a truly amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile from the staff, who were more than happy to help with any questions I had about their menu.

I work right down the street and mostly every morning i come through the drive through and get my same order (vanilla espresso shaker and grilled cheese or bagel) and i always am so happy talking to the sweet lady on the headset. she is always so nice and makes my day. caribou is my go to coffee shop, it used to be starbucks and i haven’t gone back since. The food is so good and the coffee is always perfect, it is my favorite coffee around. I was super excited to get Caribou this morning, I’ve had it whenever I go to Colorado and I usually love it. This experience was not the best. I was waiting in line for 20 minutes, the customer service just did not exist it felt like, and my coffee wasn’t good it tasted burnt. I’m very disappointed and I don’t usually make reviews. I have over 2+ years as a barista and when I saw all of them working it did not seem organized at all. I understand that it’s a new coffee shop.
