Once I returned home from purchasing our subs, I realized that both orders were incorrect. I returned to the store to have the order remade. I did not receive an apology at anytime during my return visit to have the order corrected. The staff did not have any sense of urgency to correct my order and have me out of the restaurant in a timely manner. The cashier took the bag from me and placed it on the counter informing the staff preparing the sandwiches that the meat were placed on the wrong bread. It seemed as though, they were just going to swap the meats. I then asked if they would remake the entire sandwich. the person that seemed to be the manager on duty, with an attitude stated "that is what we're going to do, I need to know what was on the sandwich". I explained how the sandwich were to be made. Once I received the remade sandwiches, I checked the sandwiches before I left, and once again one of them was incorrect. I brought it to the attention of the staff member that there was honey mustard on the sandwich and I asked for no sauce. The staff stated, "it's not on the whole sandwich", as though I should be ok with the mistake. Again, with attitude she remade the sandwich. I watched her throw the bread in the toaster, slap the meat and cheese on the bread with attitude. I felt as though I was in the wrong for wanting to actually have the sandwich made the way I liked. The staff had no sense of urgency with getting me the corrected sandwiches. The original order was placed at 12:50 pm, I live about 3 miles from store. I got home, got settled in my house clothes, ready to enjoy my meal and realized that the subs were wrong. I returned to the store about 1:15 and did not leave the store with the correct product until 2:00 pm. Instead of enjoying the sandwich, I had to return home, hurry up and eat, so that I could pick up my son from school at 2:25. I have visited this location several times and this is the first time I have had such dissatisfying service. My coworkers and I are not pleased with our past few experiences at this location, in particular. We’re actually quite disgusted at the lack of consideration for their customers. They were out of multiple items including various toppings, condiments, and even utensils such as cup lids, straws etc. and completely messed up all 3 subs on our order. not to mention the lobby was filled with 7 other customers waiting and a few who also had messed up orders. There were 5 employees behind the counter just chatting and goofing around as if they had no one waiting. The sub they attempted to fix of mine still was incorrect and at that point my lunch break was already over so I was stuck with a sub that was drenched in oil and not what I ordered. Both me and the person I ordered with got sick after eating a few bites and had to leave work early. I called up to the store and to their corporate customer service line and on 5 separate occasions was told the owner and or lead manager would be calling me same day to refund my order and so I could inform him that there was potentially spoiled inventory. Something I would hope a manager/owner would want to be aware of to prevent other customers from getting ill but I guess not considering all 5 times I was blown off and not contacted again. When my husband approached the counter to order our food she literally shouted that it was going to be 10 minutes and to have a seat.
Ten minutes go by and I approach the counter and another male employee tells me that it is going to be at least 10 minutes to which I replied that was what they said 10 minutes ago and respectfully asked if we could just place our order and we understand that there may be a little wait. As he begins to take our order, this rude and aggressive girl shouts (again) from the end of the counter not once, not twice, but three times that it will be 10 minutes.
At that point, if it weren't for the fact that my in laws had already ordered their food, we most definitely would have left.
