Love love love this place!!! Very cute and friendly place. The owners are so sweet and knowledgeable. Here’s a few products I would recommend from them: •Kava Cocoa This is so delicious and I made a ritual of having it every night with some warm milk and honey to wind down from my day. I would order it in bulk before I got pregnant. Taking a break from it because of the Kava for now, but really looking forward to having it regularly again! So incredibly tasty and such a treat if you happen to have one of those hand-held frothers at home 😋 (if you like spicy, Chipotle Chaga Cocoa is really good, too!!) •Adaptogen Roots Brew Coffee Substitute A daily staple for my fiancé and I. We gifted this to his father, an ex-avid coffee drinker, who said this was a great replacement! The roots can be steeped multiple times and it’s a safe caffeine-free substitute for me during pregnancy 🤰 •Golden Milk Kyle has studied Ayurveda so you know this stuff is gonna be good! I loved making mine from the mix at Tippecanoe, warm milk, and some ghee butter. REALLY great in the winter! • Soaps and Shampoo bars These have replaced conventional shampoos and soaps for me. Personally I don’t feel I need a conditioner after using the Apple Cider Vinegar soap bars and it’s been great to reduce my family’s toxic load. No unnecessary filler ingredients here. •Kava and Solomon’s Seal Muscle Oil As a massage therapist, this is a MUST product for me. I use it on my clients regularly when I have it on hand :) •Elderberry Syrup I am not too versed in the health benefits of Elderberry, though I hear there are a lot…just from a taste standpoint though….YUM! •Mi Casita Sazon Absolutely necessary for taco night. •And of course….their herbs and teas!!! The herbs are high quality and purchasable in bulk. Not only is it much more cost efficient than buying spices in little jars from the grocery store, but you know you’re getting a very high quality product and can feel good about supporting an awesome small business and family. You can make a variety of teas by mixing from their array of herbs, but they also have pre-mixed bags if you want to try some of the blends these herb-wizards have put together. My favorite is the True North Chai. Lastly, I’m becoming a fan of some of the essential oils they have in stock as well. I do have a DoTERRA wellness account, but have found the quality of Tippecanoe’s organic EOs to be just as good as the ones I had been ordering (lavender, tea tree.) since it’s also more cost efficient than DoTERRA, I also use the tea tree as a pain thinner to clean my brushes when practicing with oil paints. It smells nice and I imagine is much better for me than inhaling yucky chemicals in paint thinners while painting. Sometimes, I can’t make the time to make it into their shop as often as I’d like. The convenience of their online shop has been helpful for this. They ship pretty quickly and I’m not sure if they are still running this special, but for awhile if you bought over $100 worth of things you could get free shipping, too. It’s worth it to go in for their tasty seasonal drinks if nothing else, though 😉

My first time in this Apothecary was this morning and my expectations were beyond met! They had really cool products from tea/herbs to skin care. I walked out with Palo Santo, tea samples (only $3) and a really cool small mortar and pestle set($15). The energy of the store was very positive and calm. I cannot wait to come back for the mixed spice drink jars they sell!! (see photos)

I’ve been waiting a looonnggg time to make this post. It’s officially been a year since I’ve been sick. Whenever I start to feel any kind of tingle come on, I take this elderberry and chaga IMMEDIATELY and I’m completely fine! I pair it with the immune rescue sometimes. I am someone who used to be sick once a month with the common cold but NO MORE! This is life changing magic.

I haven't been to this location but I purchased the Elderberry Syrup from their booth at a Chicago art and artisan's fair. The owner gave me a sample since I told him I was feeling a cold coming on. My sniffly nose stopped running soon after taking the sample, so I promptly bought a whole bottle. The owner and I did an extra shot together for good health. Great product, super nice owner!

1/2/20 I'm updating this review. I've now met the owner a couple times at The Ravenswood Show of Hands in Chicago. He's a top notch guy with really good products. I also placed a sizable order on line. The chaga mushroom hot chocolate has become a winter staple for me. His products have a lot of...

Not just prepackaged "grocery store" type products. I am recovering from major back surgery (2nd week home) and let Kyle know I needed something to help with muscle aches, pain, sleep... he selected several herbs mixed them together so I could make a tea.

I brought it home made it and it worked perfectly AND I didn't have to worry about drug dependence, destroying my liver...

I'm NOT suggesting if you have surgery to not go to a surgeon, listen and follow the Dr's advice (I spent 5 days in the hospital)...

BUT if you want a healthy/safe alternative to OTC drugs and meet a couple of very smart/friendly people visit Kyle and Serena. (I believe that was the woman there). GO TO...
