The Courtyard Wedding & Event venue — Attraction in Minden

We (R & J Smart) can’t say enough AMAZING things about the wonderful owners of The Courtyard! We just had our vow renewal wedding here last night, and it was truly incredible. Mr. and Mrs. Easley were so kind, honest, accommodating, and understanding. Just genuinely good people from start to finish who have put their heart into the vision for this beautiful, affordable venue.

This was my vow renewal, but also my first actual wedding, so I wanted it to be perfect. I am beyond thankful to have found this beautiful space; it was exactly what I had always dreamed of. I chose The Courtyard because I fell in love with the venue and adored the owners when we met to tour it. They exceeded every expectation throughout the entire process!

A few days before the wedding, the forecast suddenly called for thunderstorms, and we had to make a new plan to move the entire event inside instead of select portions. Though it did storm and I did not get my outside wedding, the event was still breathtakingly beautiful inside. Honestly, you just can’t go wrong with any space at this venue! From the bridal and groom suites to the big warehouse, the little warehouse, and the outdoor patio, every area is stunning and full of character.

Even with all that beauty, the very best part of The Courtyard is Anne and Kerry Easley. They went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. Thank you both so much for being such a meaningful and calm part of our celebration. This is a memory we will cherish forever.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! 100 out of 10! We would recommend and choose this venue again in...

Oh goodness, Where to start….the venue exceeded my expectations in every way possible. I had not been to Easley’s Courtyard prior to planning my daughter’s wedding so I had no idea there was a venue like this in our area. It was absolutely beautiful inside and out and you had the choice to decorate as little or as much as you wanted.

We originally planned an outdoor wedding but were expecting bad weather and torrential rains so we opted to go ahead and plan/decorate for an indoor service.

I loved that there was so much room, the grooms room and bridal suite were nice bonuses for our wedding party, most were there all day so they had a place to rest or just “chill out” (I placed a basket of snacks/waters in each Room for convenience) and several areas for our wedding guest to congregate and visit before & after the ceremony…in addition there are many nooks & niches to take photos.

I was very happy with The Courtyard. The design options were endless; and the Easley’s were so nice and accommodating.

We recently celebrated our wedding at this incredible venue and couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience! The New Orleans-style courtyard was breathtaking, in bloom for spring and made for the perfect setting — charming and full of character. We can't wait to see more of our photos! Inside, the spacious warehouse-style interiors gave us plenty of room to celebrate with family and friends. We especially appreciated having access to both the bridal and groom suites — such a thoughtful touch that made our two-day celebration feel seamless and relaxed. The owners were truly fantastic to work with from start to finish. Anne & Kerry were professional, kind, and genuinely cared about helping us create a memorable event.
