The owners are very nice and so are girls working at counter. I do always feel on the spot when they say "pick your tip, and sign here". There really is no service. You order yourself, and go back up and pick up your food when ready. You refill your own drinks. So I am not sure what the tipping is actually for. 🤔 the food is good. However I think it is a little overpriced for what you get. My child got a kid burger and instead of fries asked for the side ceasar. They charged an additional 3.49 and it was just a little lettuce with some croutons and a packet of ceasar dressing. The blue cheese burger is good but definitely no mayo with blue cheese. Underdogs saved our lives ......and probably the lives of Avis customer service who put us in a Tesla with no charger adapter. We were stuck in Minden for quite some time waiting after 2 companies turned down the call due to not having a driver.

Tbh....I just needed a drink at that point......someone suggested Underdogs and I got great service....great food....and the libations to calm my nerves and met a few great employees and patrons. Underdogs feels like Cheers😆where everybody knows your name🎶.

Please do not waste your money on this little place. The atmosphere when you walk in is very sporty & nice, but that is where it ends. My family of 3 spent $60+ for 3 burgers, fries, & drinks. The burgers were frozen pre made patty’s. The French fries were frozen Ore-Ida from Sam’s. Plus, they put some sort of spice on the patty’s that almost made the burger inedible. Don’t bother trying to say anything to anyone either. The 2 women behind the bar were too busy flirting with the 2 men at the bar for tips, & there is no wait staff. Please, do yourself a favor & just cook...
