The Villas at Spanish Court — Hotel in Minden

I recently had the pleasure of booking two Villas at Spanish Court, "The Wheeler" and "The Clair," through Minden Stays for my parents who were visiting from out of state. I must say that the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional!

From the moment we stepped inside, it was evident that the Villas at Spanish Court were a hidden gem in our small town of Minden, LA. The attention to detail was out of this world, and every aspect of the property exceeded our expectations.

First and foremost, the amenities were top-notch. The villas were equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The modern design elements of the property added a unique twist to the overall experience. The interior was sleek, tastefully decorated, and exuded a sense of sophistication.

One standout feature that left a lasting impression was the air purification system. The air in the villas was noticeably clean and freshly scented, which added an extra layer of comfort and luxury to our stay. It's clear that the hosts have gone above and beyond to ensure that their guests have a memorable and pleasant stay. The property itself was immaculately clean, and it was clear that cleanliness and hygiene were top priorities. The attention to detail in every aspect of the villas, from the well-kept grounds to the meticulously maintained interiors, was evident and commendable.

My parents, who had never been to Minden before, were absolutely amazed at the experience. The Villas at Spanish Court provided them with a comfortable and memorable place to call home during their short visit.

Oh my golly gosh!! I cannot begin to say all the nice things to be said about The Villas @ Spanish Court in Minden. I first met Sara because she was the guest speaker at a Ladies’ luncheon at Benton Methodist Church. Her testimony was moving. She graciously donated an overnight stay in one of the rooms at The Villas for silent auction bidding. As my friends can tell you, I love a good silent auction. I WON!! I chose The Wheeler because my overnighter was with my husband and I really didn’t want to hear him say that he was in a ‘foo-foo’ room and he would have said that. I loved my choice. It was charming and warming all in one. Luxurious is the best word I can choose for describing this villa. Minden is an exciting town. When we arrived early, we enjoyed lunch at Geaux Fresh, then headed to the Germantown Colony Museum for a little local history. Our tour guide is a descendant of the original colonists. Then we headed to the Villas. I think we could have just stayed in but we chose to go to the Dawg Sports Bar and Grill. Great place. After dinner we drove around town—seeing and exploring. The next morning we chose to grab breakfast at The Broken Bean. What a treasure and ministry this place offers! My drink of choice was the Dirty Chai (plain coffee for you know who) and was told that someone likes the Dirty Chai with a little something extra. After breakfast, I chose to try a couple of antique shops (3 on this trip) and I am not an antique shopper, but I did a pretty good job. Then, we loaded up and headed home. But we...

We booked the entire property for our wedding weekend, and I cannot rave about our experience enough!

Sara & Holly worked with us for months coordinating decorations, welcome gifts, room assignments and so many other details. Both ladies were excellent to respond immediately to any question that we had and accommodated every single requests.

In addition to the superb customer service, each room is decorated and curated with such attention to detail, that you are immediately pulled into your own little oasis right in Minden, Louisiana. I told Sara that we spent our ENTIRE weekend admiring her gorgeous work on this property.

To add to the already amazing decor, each room is stocked with luxurious bath products and other products that include an array of lotions, essential oils (buy them), coffee and so many others, that are available for purchase at check-out.

I could go on and on, but in summary, we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location for our Big Day! Thank you Sara for making this such a seamless process. We cannot thank you enough!
