When we bought our new house, I decided to furnish it in with mid century furniture. A friend introduced me to Find Furnish and I am grateful! I was able to purchase a coffee table that is uniquely mine and can’t be found at any other furniture store. It’s a true statement piece that guests frequently ask about. When we bought the table, we were also looking at a desk in store, but we thought the price was too high. Well, when we did some research and found out what these desks cost at other places we realized it was a fair deal and went back to purchase. It was sold and we have been searching for a similar desk with no luck. I regret not purchasing the desk when we saw it.

Brian and staff are knowledgeable about the historical details of their products and have a real passion (and eye) for filling the store with quality pieces. During covid restrictions, they have improved their online shopping experience with 3D scans of the store which makes it easy for me to search from home for that elusive desk. As we slowly transitioned our home aesthetic to mid century modern, we were in need of a new dining room table. We found the perfect match within 10 minutes of being inside this establishment. We were in love with the quality and service of this team.

[pre covid] We had a dinner party within the 1st month of owning our gorgeous table from 1962. As as cautious as we were, we ended up with a water mark on the surface. We contacted the shop, and without any questions they came and picked up the table and returned it within a week, completely refinished and absolutely perfect, at absolutely no charge. This level customer service is rare.

And I have yet to see a small business adapt to the pandemic as they have. Following mandates and staying within safety regulations, Find Furnish created the most intricate digital store map which is perpetually updated. I am still astonished at how well their business strategy has evolved in the midst of economic collapse.

I have purchased and loved chairs and paintings from here before and it’s always a good experience. For this review I want to concentrate on a large, beautiful 60s walnut wall uniti I purchased recently. They have lots of great furniture, art, and home accessories like lamps, dishes etc too, but the most amazing thing about them is their team. The folks who sold, delivered and assembled my unit were thoughtful, creative, helpful and just all around pleasant. I have an old house with wonky walls and un level floors and at first the pieces weren’t lining up right, but they brought in an expert, came up with solutions and worked on it until everything was perfect. I couldn’t be happier with the craftsmanship they demonstrated in making this piece look like it was meant to be right where it is.
