10s across the board!!!! Wow! This place absolutely swept me up off of my feet. I had a lemonade with their seasonal flavor as well as their caramel croissant and.... mind blown I dream of this place now. My friend got a lavender oat latte and also thought it was splendid. The person who served us was so kind and gave the best recommendations. I didn't catch their name unfortunately, but the staff here seems so lovely. I haven't been here at night yet, but they do host shows in their show room and double as a bar! They have a tonnn of indoor seating and the view alongside all of the art is such a treat. This place is like if Caffetto was actually clean, not full of teenagers, and had nice POC/LGBTQ friendly employees lol. Such a unique and amazing find. I'll definitely be coming back to see the PILLLAR after dark vibe. There are 2 very spacious and cool looking bathrooms here! Me, my wife, my sister, my mother, and my neighbor friends have all gone here multiple times since it opened. The coffee is pretty good. I like the space. I like the concerts they host.

NONE of us enjoy the customer service. Initially we thought it was because it was an all young, male, staff. That switched to an all young, female staff within the last year. Didn’t matter.

Customer service is inconsistent at best. At worst, it’s 9/10 times been rude and unkind with poor communication of wants, needs, and preferences from staff.

I got too many other options and self respect to keep giving second chances. Pillar is now on our no-go list.

I walked in and one barista was super friendly with me. She directed me to the restroom once I asked right away. After that, I wanted to order a cortado and the other employee who was taking my order asked me after I paid if I wanted oat or almond, even though we established that already. No big deal. I get my order in a to go little cup, to my surprise, because I'm 100% sure I said for here. When pointing this out, she said "you said to go" 😐 uh, no. I said for here.
