Where do I even begin? Our experience with Landscape Love was phenomenal from start to finish! If you’re looking for a team that’s not just skilled but truly cares about your project, look no further.

Nan and Steele are absolute rockstars. They were hands-on from day one, showing up on-site multiple times to make sure everything was running smoothly—and even jumping in to repair a piece of heavy machinery when it broke down mid-project! You just don’t see that level of dedication every day, and it made a huge difference.

We worked closely with Bridget on the design, and she completely nailed it. She took our ideas and turned them into a stunning outdoor space that we’re obsessed with. Watching everything come to life with Marc, Joe, and the rest of the team was like watching magic unfold. They were all professional, super fun, and genuinely caring, and it made the whole process an absolute joy.

Honestly, I could go on and on about how amazing each and every one of these folks is. They’re not just experts at what they do—they’re truly wonderful people who make you feel like part of the Landscape Love family. We’re beyond grateful for the incredible work they did and wouldn’t dream of working with anyone else for any outdoor project.

We absolutely loved working with Landscape Love and we love our new yard even more! From the start, we knew we wanted to work with a highly collaborative company that could design and execute our vision. They listened closely to our unique challenges and goals, provided input and inspiration to help guide us. We had a very small backyard that was a wasted space for us. Our goals were to increase storage for bikes/etc., build a sauna, install a hot tub and improve grading/draining around our foundation and create a flat patio/walkways for easy snow removal. They were able to meet all these goals in a very tight space, the design of the bike barn and sauna are beautiful and fit in naturally on the property.

Most of all though- They were really fun to work with. Every person on their team are kind, thoughtful, responsive and pay close attention to detail. I wanted to love Landscape Love, but have been very disappointed with the plant choices for my west facing yard. I had my design done 4 years ago and then have been installing it bit by bit on my own. I have watched the plant choices crisp in the afternoon sun and have just redone it myself with more suitable plants. My frustration stems from the designer saying she stands by her choices because the plants were rated for sun. The rating is meaningless when it's just too hot for them and they are dying. I would have appreciated having my experience validated and not suggesting it was because I didn't water enough. I would have appreciated some compensation for the loss of plants. I paid for a design for a reason - to have an expert choose plants that would do well in a certain space and that did not happen nor was any responsibility taken for...
