If you want authentic Mexican food in the Twin Cities you must try Taqueria Mi Guanajuato. When you walk in it feels like you’ve crossed the border into Mexico. Not fancy at all but so good. The tacos are above average for the area, but everything else is subpar Mexican food, especially for the price point. I have been there 4 times because the first time I went the experience was good (I felt the tacos were good although the price a bit high).
