Longfellow Park — Attraction in Minneapolis

Oh my gosh, so many fun things to play on. The ground is super squishy, which is nice for wobbly toddlers. Great variety of challenging and easy play pieces.

Not a full five stars because: The slide material was such a weird choice, because it got SO hot in the sun No regular swings, only two baby swings. Kids need swings; they're fun and important for vestibular...

Lived here in mpls whole life grew up playing and visiting this park. In a way it's gone dark and cold. Plain and old needing a boost a complete make over along with a sort of coming out together gathering to celebrate the park it's upgrades and the neighborhood full of wonderful people with stories to tell about the park. Refuel the love...

Great NEW features but it's never a good thing when something doesn't work within the first year. There's a giant sphere that spins slower than you thibk it would. I mean way slow. I'm sure MPLS parks will get it fixed. Otherwise ita a great park. Waiting pool for the summer months. Ball fields. Open grass. Basketball court....
