I never liked Target, but im learning it just depends on what you're buying. Clothes are definitely a no-go, but I am very happy with the food and some of the cleaning supply prices. Once again, it just depends on the product. Majotity of the time, they are cheaper than Cub & Hyvee. They take EBT when you order online, unlike most others, but the best part is you can order delivery and pay, or you can order pickup. Unless you get a Shipt membership for delivery, it can be spendy, but you can also do Curbside, which is free. You let them know you're on the way in the app, and when you arrive, you text them what spot you are in, and they bring your groceries out to you!

Free the boxers! On a real note, though, I enjoy how non-chaotic this Target is. The atmospheric is laid back, and the staff are still pretty attentive overall. There's a great selection of everything from sandwich bags to sporting goods. The grocery section is adequate and slightly overpriced. The fruit lasts longer than Aldi's, though. The plants section and the home department are my happy places.

This whole area is a hipsters paradise for retro stuff, good coffee, bike shops and funky food. Amazing people watching in summer. A must stop on any trip to Minnehaha falls.

These stores in the Minnehaha Center have definitely changed since the uprise 2 summers ago. And they changed for the worst. The employees from every store are very rude & not friendly at all. Just because they're not happy doesn't mean they should show it at the job. The atmosphere is just so dead and makes me feel very uncomfortable to shop. Even the people that shop here seem to be pretty unhappy too. I'm not sure if it's because of the uprise that made people change but it definitely is something. The GM tobacco store is the worst smoke shop I've ever been to. I asked the guy in there a question and he looked at me all angry and didn't really want to help me out. I was friendly to him anyway but ever since then I quit going there. The dollar tree makes you leave your bag at the front and they ID you for lighters & knives which is crazy. They never keep stuff stocked. Target's setup is totally different now, they have the registers way at the end of the store so you have to walk quite a ways to get to it. And if you came in from the opposite side then you still have to walk a long ways. I think they have this set up like this because of the rioting...

Sketchy …. The parking lot was designed by preschoolers , careful navigating through it .… there’s a large number of panhandlers from a nearby homeless encampment:. They can.be quite aggressive and from time to time downright scary.

Not long I had an experience that left me a bit shaken. I’d also avoid this location when schools are letting students out, there’s a MTS School, with a large footprint, there’s a rush of a large number of students in and around the area.

That’s said, it’s an inner city urban shopping center/. One should expect there to petty crime issues. On the upside; It was completely rebuilt in 2021-22 after the George Floyd Protests.so both Target and CUB are modern up-to-date locations with latest and greatest.

To help with the security situation Cub now closes at 10pm, as does Target, and both have implemented some level of a security presence. Target has MPD Officers at entrance and parking lot. CUB has hire a private security company, and has several security officers patrolling the parking lot and...
