I am so glad and grateful that I was able to attend NCU for my Business Administration degree. I received the knowledge and experience that is needed to be successful in my field. Upon graduation, I had two different job offers and was able to choose a career that best fit my strengths and desires. The one thing that stood out to me when choosing NCU, was the community. I was very shy in high school and when going off to college was afraid of making friends. The first week I was there, all of my fears went away, as I was engulfed in such a great, intentional community of believers, who became lifelong friends and family. This place offers a degree that I would like to obtain, so why is it a standard that I "have" to make sure Christ is in my life? Why can't people just go to the school, get a degree, and be done with it? School already takes up 90% of my time. I need time to regain sanity. Be wary non-church goers. This place NEEDS you to be fully committed to Christ. I bet when you mess up in class they blame it on you not being faithful enough to the lord. Good luck everyone that goes here. At the Jail Bible study, a woman shared how she was at the point of forgetting about God - things had gone so wrong in her life and she was walking by NCU and was crying out to God to show Himself to her if He was real. About that time, two young men from the school walked up to her and asked if there was anything they could pray for her about. They had seen her downcast face and compassionately reached out to her. It made a huge difference in her life and was the "straw that broke the" doubting heart. Way to be a presence of Grace in the heart...
