Eat Me Bakery — Restaurant in Minneapolis

We have ordered cakes from Eat Me twice: a Valentine’s Day heart cake and a Mother’s Day cake. Her cakes are so moist and fluffy, and they stay moist after they’re cut. But the real feature (beyond the gorgeous decor) is the vanilla buttercream. If you are someone who thinks vanilla is boring you have not had one of these cakes yet. The depth of flavor and perfect level of sweetness gets me every time. I could eat this frosting all day. We did also order a cookie box around Christmas last year and while I couldn’t fine a picture, I still think about the pistachio chocolate chip cookie! When you order, she’ll deliver within 5 miles and delivery has always been exactly on time with the range we selected. This will no doubt be my bakery for special occasions...

Listen.....my birthday cake was amazing. I ordered a six inch vintage heart cake with grapefruit cake flavoring. Everything was perfection! Three layers of moist cake covered in a delicious grapefruit buttercream. The details and coloring of the cake were the dopest. Obsessed with this little cake shop! We got an adorable and delicious heart shaped wedding cake and 4 dozen mini bundts for our wedding and they turned out perfect! Kelsey was super accommodating and willing to make last minute changes to the design and also delivered our cakes to Stillwater!
