So thrilled this little curiosities/gift shop opened up in the neighborhood. They sell really fun stickers, pins, patches, and similar items -with really rad, funky designs and wacky characters on them. They sell zines and comics. Totes, dolls, books. Lots of neat vintage stuff. Garbage Pail Kids, Mad magazine, etc type-vintage stuff. Also, and this is freaking amazing, when I finally had the chance to stop in, I found out that they host a local artist showcase every other Sunday! How cool is that?!? So, not only did this spot bring life and something worthwhile to a vacant space in the neighborhood, it's supporting local Minneapolis artists, as well. If you're in need of a gift or you need to add something delightful, nostalgic, or kitschy into your life's mix- go buy something from this lovely shop. Congratulations on opening up your store and thank you for bringing up other folks along your journey! Glad to have you...
Read moreFriendly staff and a unique assortment of items. Fun shop, with a great style all its own. Somehow nostalgic for a time and place that’s never existed in our dimension, but functions on the same psychological plane as R. Crumb meets Garbage Pail Kids, with a dash of Ghost World and Wonka.
Lots of great stuff suitable for gifting and collecting, excellent assortment of alternative and small press comics, and wild eye-popping art, prints, stickers, collectibles and T-shirts, and of course, gum!

Read moreI knew I was going to love this place walking in. Cute monster sandwich board sign outside, flyer for a David Lynch themed burlesque show on the door. The staff is lovely. Helpful and friendly but not overbearing. They have tons of goofy weird toys, so much cool "lowbrow" art, fun gumball machines, kaiju toys/pins, rad shirts, and an overwhelming amount of indie graphic novels, stickers, coffee mugs, etc. I wanted to buy about 100 different books. Definitely going to be a staple every time I visit Minneapolis...
