I can’t say enough good things about Ryan and MSP jewelers. Starting out, I knew nothing other than that I needed to purchase an engagement ring so I could propose to my true love. By the end, I felt like a diamond expert and gave my now-wife the engagement ring of her dreams.

Ryan was super friendly, informative, and thorough during every step of the process. He walked us through all the different styles, qualities, and values of diamonds and bands. We were able to design a one-of-a-kind custom engagement ring we thought was perfect, and at the best possible value. Or so we thought…

It turned out that, after the proposal and receiving the ring, my fiancé had a slight change in heart on the design. This was through no fault on Ryan’s behalf, but rather because her “dream ring” had a last minute alteration she desired. At first this concerned me very much because I wanted her to have the PERFECT ring, but already paid the bill on this custom finished product…

Luckily Ryan was able to put me at ease and make it right. We went back to square one at the drawing board, expedited the process, and the finished finished product was absolutely perfect. Ryan even offered to take the hit on some of the extra costs of doing it over - truly a stand-up business owner.

It is over two years ago since I had worked with Ryan at MSP Jewelers on getting a beautiful engagement ring manufactured. It was such a good process and satisfying result that my wife and I went back for our wedding bands. And even so good, that after a long time of procrastination, we are writing this review, because it is well deserved.

When I started looking into engagement rings, I looked at 30 different jeweler websites in the area, limited the selection to 10, visited 8 in person spending one hour on average at each place talking with the sales person, getting advice and taking pictures of rings I liked. Ryan and MSP jewelers were the only place that checked all my boxes. In my price range, uniquely made and customizable, working closely together with the jeweler and a comfortable atmosphere, and, of course, satisfying and quality results. I made an appointment and sat down with Ryan to talk about all of my thoughts and ideas, and he gave me insight into his point of view. I showed him tons of pictures of rings and what elements I liked from each of them. We bounced ideas back and forth. Then, they created a 3D model that we further discussed in detail and adjusted. As a graphic designer, i am quite picky and even more happy that I got a customized unique ring not from the shelf. I worked closely with Tony to update a family heirloom given to me to pass down to my husband on our wedding day. Tony brought his grandfathers ring back to life and engraved the inside with a special touch. It was my favorite gift to give my husband and he loved the added details.
