I had recently cut my hair very short due to self inflicted bleach damage. I felt completely out of character and not comfortable with my hair. I didn’t feel like myself at all! I saw a post from a girl that I knew on Facebook who received extensions from the co owner Mackenzie Labine and I gotta say I was blown away! I made an online appointment with her and wow did she exceed my expectations! I must admit I was very un educated and a little intimidated by weaves and extensions. Mackenzie was super kind and helpful in explaining the whole process. You can tell she wants her clients to be happy and feel comfortable about the services they receive. After chatting with her we began the process. I also highly recommend getting a consolation set up before diving in. Super informative and helpful to know whats what. I received a beaded weave installation with quality hair that Mackenzie highly recommends and is an ambassador for. The company is called Bellami and the quality is extremely good. I also have naturally wavy hair with a lot of thickness and she found some that matched the texture and body perfectly. The process was very easy (for me). Mackenzie is a wizard at her craft and is such a lovely personality that I felt like I was chatting with a gal pal. I felt like a new person when we were done. I finally feel like myself again and I cannot recommend this salon anymore than I do. I will be back for more services! Also the decor and beautiful, dark bubblegum goth vibe. ...

I love this place ever since I was recommended by an online friend. I’ve seen picture of it so many times and finally got the chance to go in after procrastinating so many times. The inside feels like a goth mansion and I got Mackenzie as my hair stylist since I didn’t have a preference on their scheduling site.

Mackenzie was sweet enough to have a chat with me after my haircut but i felt kind of socially anxious since I haven’t been around new people in a while. Especially those with the same interest as me. I’m still adjusting into being social.

Anyways I plan to go to Mackenzie for My next appointment. Hope to do some color with her this time.
