Shuang Hur Supermarket Minneapolis — Attraction in Minneapolis

I don’t recommend shopping here based off my experience as a bystander to a very negative customer interaction. I was standing in line when a customer had asked an employee sorting fruits (likely a manager or lead) if they could help ring up a price check on an item. The employee told the customer to ask the next cashier in a rude tone, and so the customer asked the only available cashier. They ring up the item and said it was 39 cents. The previous lead employee heard the price check and grabbed the item and did a new price check in their computer. The lead employee returned and then threw the item to the cashier and told them the new price which was much higher. They then went about their business. At this point I should have interfered and confronted the lead employee. They should have honored the previous price and based on the way they refused to help them at the start. I’m learning from this experience to not be a quiet bystander but one that will be actively working to speak up on issues like this. It hurt to see these people being belittled by this superior. Cons: Dirty, Smiles bad, Mess, Bad quality, Rude Pro: Cheap

Dirty: I went this place, they have a food covered by lotus leaves and it wet. they just cleaned it by normal dry towel. no sanitizer at all!! Also they just touched wet food and directly touched my food! No hand wash, no sanitizer!! My Vegetables come with dirt. product are dusty everywhere.

Smiles bad: If you went there, If you have nose, you will agree with me. This place smile horrible!

Mess: I have no dig around to find stuff, their product not organized, maybe what you looking for is buried somewhere. and packages are dusty.

Bad quality: Vegetables not able to last more than 3 days in refrigerator and it come with plenty of dirt. The Tofu I had nots last 3 days. this store is 3 Days Food.

The store needs cleaning and they keep leaving boxes in the aisle. The veggies are great price but you need to really check and rinse them caught a couple of bugs inside my vegi already. I go there enough to know where everything is but be prepare to be lost there’s no label and the cashier don’t really know where things are and the people who do know only speaks Spanish or Chinese. I rate 4 cause they have almost everything I need when I want to make a Asian dish and the price is good they lost the 1 star cause the store needs a good cleaning and organizing.

Update(there’s signs at the top of the aisles now) still need some floor cleaning and remove boxes out of the aisle after stocking up. Really sucks they leave it on the floor the carts can’t...
