Sandestine at Bayside — Attraction in Miramar Beach

I have stayed here several times in the past 4 years, and have NEVER been disappointed!! But on this trip on 5/5/17 When I arrived at 5 on the were NO carts to bring my luggage up, it was very cold and very windy and I had to make six trips to bring all of our stuff up to the room.This time I was put in a very plain room, the beds were very uncomfortable, we had 2 DBL beds. There was only enough coffee cups, plates, glasses and towels for 2 people. The vent in the bathroom did not work, so I had to get ready for my conference sweaty and sticky!! I paid over $200.00 PER night for this room. Also the was no type of breakfast offered at all. I was directed to a place close by that had over priced and yucky food.
