Next door to one of the best golf courses on the Emerald coast North West Florida Sandestin golf and beach resort. Mobile homes you own. Just pay lot rent $380 month. You are responsible for your own utilities. Garbage included with lot rent. Must keep dogs on leash. No out door cats. No sub leasing or renting. Keep car radios to minimum. Thanks! We retired here full-time 5 years ago. The park is consistently clean & well maintained. The streets are well lit. People are friendly, helpful & courteous. Watching the dogs with their owners is a treat! We are sad to have to move back to our home in OH due to family issues. Thank you, Ed! We will miss everyone!

Super friendly neighborhood. When entering or exiting the location it can be quite heavy traffic, but the cars always are quick to let you squeeze in when needed. Very respectful area and close to so many activities. Very quiet and calm.

We have lived here for more than 18 months and we LOVE it! It's a quiet, safe, beautiful, affordable little 55+ community where most of the residents are pleasant, helpful, and considerate. Directly across the street from the Gulf and next door to shopping and restaurants, it's location can't be beat. The negative 1-star review...

All tenants are very nice here. Mostly quiet! And great place to relax/sit at gazebo at front and read a book from library located in gazebo. Or for a stroll around the park and get some exercise.
