So much to say. Can’t help but notice they haven’t bothered to reply to any negative reviews. That speaks volumes. I bought my living room and bedroom suit here. Only met Tony out of the duo. Not impressed. Although I do think the store is beautiful, the only reason we bought there was due to the saleswoman on the floor named Beverly but this was many years ago. She didn’t stay. Wonder why. Today, however, we stopped by. The sales girl/child on the floor was named KayAnn. Might have spelling wrong. I say child because that is exactly how she behaved. My husband and I walked that whole store. Walked by her with her face in her cell phone probably 3-4 times. She never greeted or made eye contact. Didn’t even speak as we walked out of the store. This behavior is rude and inexcusable. It’s not like she only had 1 shot at speaking. Unfortunately, I don’t think this place of business is what it used to be. We purchased a couch on a Saturday with the understanding that it would be delivered on Wednesday well I stayed home all day waiting for it. The communication was horrible and same thing happened the next morning. Finally I get a call saying it would be on Friday, then called me back and said it would be by 3:30 on Thursday. They showed up at 6. When they showed up the couch was dirty and I had to spot clean it as their was no plastic covering when delivered. I had to spot clean it and there was a snag in the carpet as well. I spent 3,200 in their store and will not be shopping there again. Cindy was the sales lady and seemed nice and asked how the delivery was I responded with the couch was dirty and never got a a reply. I just moved here and have no living room furniture and was having guests over this weekend so I just cleaned the couch myself, has this not been the case I would have returned it. Red flag!! Any company that requires service paid in full up front without any work being done, STAY clear of. AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!! Poor management!! NO Integrity!! Terrible place to trust!! Trust me, once you pay the full invoice up front, you are at their mercy and treated disgraceful and degraded just for inquiring about the services you paid for. PLEASE do yourself a favor and avoid doing business here. There are countless other companies in town that provides better services. Reviews do count and I wish we had checked them out first and read reviews before we did...
