Rally House University Crossings — Attraction in Mishawaka

Purchased a $70 hooded sweatshirt less than 30 days ago, wore it maybe 2-3 times. Unfortunately the string loop fell apart from the sweatshirt. I called the store to see if there was anything that they could do to assist. The supervisor advised me to bring it in to the store, to see if there was anything they could do. When I get there, the supervisor refuses to assist in anyway. She asked me, "if you bought a gallon of milk and drink a glass, would the store allow a return on that the gallon of milk?" I mean, if I took a sip and it was spoiled, yes, I do believe the grocery store would return the gallon of milk. I feel like this was extremely petty and don't understand why she would tell me to come in if she wasn't willing to help. After an uncomfortable back and forth, she offered to give me $7 off a $75 sweatshirt. Not the result I was hoping for, but atleast it's something. Can't say I'll be purchasing from here in the future, as they aren't willing to back the products they sell. First time in a Rally House and there was so much to look at! Lots of variety which is good... but the store employees are kind of annoying because they kept asking me if they could help me find something. I don't know if they thought I was trying to steal something (I'm a 70yr old grandma for gosh sake!) or if they are just instructed to do that.... Either way, after the 4th time I told the clerk that this was my first time there and I just wanted to look before making my choices. After that, he finally left me alone.

I had chosen two sleep pants, and two T-shirts (one long & one short sleeve). When I got home, there were only three items in the bag. The short sleeve tee was missing. Thankfully, they didn't charge me for it but I really wanted two complete sleep sets.

Even though I had a couple of issues, I will still probably return the next time I need team gear for my family. So far, it is the best place to find a large variety of different items all in one place. I'll just make sure that register clerk rings up all...

Being from Orange County, CA, took the time from my busy day to write this and to call the manager directly about the awesome service I received at around 7:30pm on September 16th. Nice selection of Notre Dame stuff. Rather go here than the ND bookstore. More normal men's sizes "L", great varieties of paraphernalia and easier to shop. Most of all, customer service was the best! Great young man at the register, said he was a volleyball player for Bethel College. Very humble and sincere. Very impressed with the service, cleanliness of the store and its well stocked!!!!! I would highly recommend all ND fans to go to Rally House to buy ND...
