Was scheduled for a private party 3/25/20..which was canceled due to the current state of affairs. Was told would receive a credit for a later date. I requested a direct refund due to most likely needing that $$ due to current circumstances. Was told No Refunds, that is their policy and "supplies" have already been purchased. Anyone that has been there knows you don't get brand new brushes, sponges or even the paint. I'm VERY disappointed and this wasn't a cancellation for "just because" and IF I wasn't worried about our finances I would not have given it a second thought. Every other company is offering things they don't normally do.. like waving delivery fees, giving 100% of gift card purchases back to their employees that are missing work because of the world crisis right now and on & on. Great place to spend your afternoon or evening- with friends, family…or even a date-night. It feels great to leave with a completed project that you put your own thought & effort into it. You can create home decor, keepsakes and even thoughtful (personalized) gifts! I have found that B&b is quite “addicting” (but not the kind of addiction you’re willing to give up). This year I was selected to help find a fun Christmas experience for our departmental Christmas party. We chose Board and Brush Mishawaka. WOW, talk about making the right choice! We arranged for an extra hour of the studio and brought in food. Kayla and her staff were fantastic. They helped us get things arranged and set up. While we were enjoying our snacks the Board and Brush team made sure everyone's project was ready to go. We had 22 people at our event and all of us received personal attention when we had questions or needed help. Everyone left with a wonderful project and a smile on their face.
