Friendly people and atmosphere is good, tons of cool items collectibles and cards. Tournaments and fun. One of the owners set aside a card for me to buy the next day. We'll, he wasn't there, the guy i had to make a deal with wanted to take 20 or so of my vintage mint pokemon base set holos for a creased mp charizard. Then when i declined tried to offer me another 50$ card, I said no thanks, then because of that he told me not to come back to the store again. I just wanted to see how fair the buying/selling/trading experience would be at THE TCG WAREHOUSE. Unfortunately that was my experience. The comic book section owners were awesome informative and friendly, the owners I've met and ppl I've talked to here are great! Comic owners wanted me to call and explain my experience with the top owner, but I couldn't figure out how even with a business card, plus it's just frustrating. Overall it's good, but watch out for trades I guess or selling. UPDATE: I was looking at items for sale, the same person approached me angrily, cussed me out and told me to leave the building. This was over a pokémon card trade I didn't want to make with him. Very unprofessional, rude, and worst experience at an establishment ever. Update: I will let everyone know that because I refused a trade pokeMan cards with the pokemon guy there that he got upset about it so much that he said don't ever come back again. I was never rude, I never talked bad about anyone, I was polite and a new customer. The trade was not fair, I said no, I have the right to say no to a trade. It was his choice to get angry and tell me to never come back, to curse at me, and tell me to gtfo over pokemon cards..?? Like ok? Sorry i didn't trade, don't get mad? Ppl be warned. It didn't take alot for him to be upset. All it took was me to say no thanks you. I'll pass...
   Read moreI hate to write this as I have supported the store since Tim opened across from the Walmart in Osceola: The Warhammer section and just the minis section in general, is a complete disaster and is run horrendously. I ordered a miniature from them and was led along believing it was ordered, calling weekly to check. Turns out it was never ordered (even though my name was taken) and I was told that âthey werenât ordering new minis due to a robberyâ bear in mind that this was the excuse a month after my mini was ordered when before it was A-OK to order things and I had my order written and supposedly sent to GW. The only thing I can see being remotely successful in this building is what was formerly Rivals, and the comic section. If James is not talked to seriously, or fired and replaced by someone who actually cares about being there before 4pm, you will lose customers to âFantasyâ and âSlice and Diceâ. I am not the only person who is upset by the âcustomer serviceâ that has been received in the Warhammer section.

My daughter and I were looking at some card in the black holder in the case up-front and the whole time we were being rushed and my daughter and I didn't even get to look at all the cards because were trying to complete some sets. We were looking for about 15 minutes before the guy behind the counter told us we had to go because there were other customers. I was unaware customers have a time limit to be in your store. It was rude and unprofessional. My daughter (who is 9)asked me when we were told to go what she did wrong because she still wanted to look at cards for her collection. I told her I don't know but went the the card shop in the mall and spent about $350.00 money I was going to spend with your establishment cause I saw a hand full of cards I wanted from the case. But the fact my daughter was still looking really got to me. If this is how people are treated there because we weren't regulars or friends of people there I dont know if I will be back.
