I have a Samsung S22 Ultra (I want to make this clear, as most reviews are regarding iPhones), which I paid cash for, so device protection is not an option for my phone. When I dropped my phone, flat on it's screen, in a rocky parking lot, I was freaking out. I had 14 different holes in my screen from rocks, all of which spidered out. After reading the reviews of repair shops in town, I instantly drove to Big Sky Cell Phone & Electronic Repair and spoke to Joe. He assured me that fixing my screen wouldn't be an issue at all. I was so relieved, because I've heard that it's difficult to find a place that will replace a new Samsung screen, let alone a place that can do it well. When Joe placed the order for my screen, he said it would take about 5 days to arrive. However, he called me mid-afternoon the following day to tell me the screen was in and he could repair my phone the next morning. When I dropped it off, he said to give him a couple of hours. It was 40 minutes at most when he called me at work to tell me my phone was fixed. When I picked it up from him, it looked exactly as it did when I first unboxed the phone. I was so stoked! If you have a Samsung phone and find yourself in need of repair, I highly recommend Joe at Big Sky Cell Phone & Electronic Repair. He's friendly, honest, quick, professional! He'll definitely get you fixed up! Note: I waited almost 2 months to write this review to make sure I didn't run into problems with the screen in the weeks after repair. In 2021, having a device not functioning properly and only seeing huge price tags for repair is probably just as frustrating as owning an electronics repair shop, if not less.

Today’s rapid advancement of technology paired with manufacturers blatant attempt at eliminating third party repairs makes it increasingly difficult to find a reliable AND affordable source for small electronics repair.

After working with Joe at Big Sky Cell Phone and Electronics Repair all of these concerns were quickly dismantled by his calm and informative demeanor; all the while somehow finding a way to do it in a timely manner. I came in for what I thought to be a battery issue but turned out to be something entirely different. Instead of completing the unnecessary repair which he entirely could have done, he continued to diagnose until he found the root of the issue. This kind gesture is extremely uncommon in today’s economy and I am extremely grateful that I made the right choice by coming here.

My phone shattered on Wednesday. I didn't have insurance on my phone to get the screen replaced. My partner sent me this place and due to the outstanding reviews I decided to try my business here. Thursday I went when they opened and Joe greeted me and was very friendly and understanding about my screen. He gave me a reasonable price point due to his care for quality materials for my Samsung 23 Ultra. He didn't have my replacement yesterday but told me that he'd have one tomorrow and would be able to replace it then. Today he told me the phone wouldn't be done as quickly as usual due to an injury he had on his finger. He was still very kind and professional and had it done by 3 hours before he closed. Joe is a great owner for this small business and even though I was shy and a little anxious about going in due to never having my phone repaired, he delivered it to me like I just purchased it almost 2 years ago.
