I hardly ever leave reviews however I was so impressed with Valliani Jewelers, their service and the amount of care and attention to detail they showed I had to share my experience. I had already been to 13 different jewelry stores and tried Several online places but no one had what I was looking for and said they couldn’t help. I had given up hope by the time I went in to Valliani’s but Julia was absolutely amazing! I let her know what I was looking for, and t was to be a gift for my wife for Valentine’s Day (literally 2 days away) and she made it her mission to help me. She kept going back and forth to their jewelry sharing with him what I wanted and they were able to customer make the ring I was looking for! Not only did they come up with a beautiful custom ring but Julia was still able to get me a discount on it. The shocking part was they had it ready the very next day so that I could have it in time for Valentine’s Day! Talk about Incredible! I can’t say enough good things about this jewelry store, the jeweler and Julia. I think I found my new jewelry store as the jewelry store I had gone to for years and spent thousands of dollars with said they couldn’t help me. Valliani Jewelers is a nice looking establishment with some professional looking people but looks can be deceiving. To preface Valliani will not return your purchase even if it's within 30 days. The associates will do anything to get that sales commission. Which includes lying, gas lighting, and many more. Salesperson Adilene Talavera assured me big " All Sales Final" was just their only stamp and I can return my item and get my money back within 30 days if I didn't like it. I even asked her before she stamped the paper. No actually they lie and offer to exchange it if you don't like it. Adilene didn't even try to look/help me when I went over to do what she I was able to do. The assistant manager was also very rude but it's expect since he only helps customers that are getting something. This is just the service not to mentioned how they are charging me double of what the initial price of the original price. All and all valliani jewelers is the perfect place to scammed if you want jewelry. I am in the process of returning my item and I suggest you not even come here!
