Absolute horrible customer service! Went to store to make a payment on a pre-order That was supposed to have a 4-day Early Access. I asked the customer service person how I go about getting my video game they said they didn't know so the manager told me that there was "no such Early Access for the captain's Edition because we are a Mom and Pop's and we don't have that" gave me a big run around about how if I came in to talk to a different manager that they would tell me the same thing and that I could only contact corporate through an email and made it extremely difficult for me to obtain that email address... (I had to ask multiple times). The manager ended up giving me a refund in the form of PlayStation gift card codes and then told me I still had $5 of in-store credit and that was the best they could do. I know for sure that there is an early access for the Edition of this video game that I pre-ordered. They can keep the in-store credit, I'll never be shopping here again. This place used to be an amazing and nostalgic experience for me, that's the only reason I'm giving them two stars. If they keep treating customers like this, they won't be in business a...
   Read moreI will always recommend this store to everyone who asks me about sealed mtg product, I love (most of) the staff and usually have a good experience but today was quite the opposite. When I arrived to sell the store some mtg singles today one of the staff was very kind and helped me as soon as the chance arrived, while i was conversing and discussing the trade in with that worker though the other employee (man wearing a pokemon necklace) kept jumping into our conversation interrupting me and then when other people came in he ran to the back drawing his partner away from my trade in which wouldn't have been an issue except for when he returned he was exceptionally snippy and a little rude with me and the other customers and then returned to the back repeating the process several times, while i was there for a while and did still have a good experience and will still recommend the store i will not be recommending that particular...
