I was so pleased with this company and the nice man (Dave) who fixed the problem with my washer. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. They came to my home the day after I scheduled, way before originally planned which was even better. There is a reason why this business has been around so long... they know what they are doing and they know how to treat people. I consider the service fee reasonable for this current economy. He prevented further problems which would have been more costly....

I picked this place because of the good reviews. Technician was so rude. He complained a lot. And what fixed broke again with in two months. Now my husband knew how to fix it this time around.
