Defects and lies.

So far not so good. I purchased a mattress from these guys and then asked about the warranty. The associate told me 10 years. I asked where that was written in my sales paperwork and he pointed to one paragraph on the back of the invoice. The paragraph is a non committal "extensive warranty" with no time limit described and a bunch of vague terms. When I pressed the issue, he went to see one of the mattresses in the back and said the mattress itself came with a 15 year limited prorated warranty and the paperwork would be delivered with the mattress. I was told that if there was anything wrong with the mattress, not to accept it at delivery. It was at this time I also learned that if there was anything wrong with the mattress and I accepted it at home I could not return for a refund, I would have to exchange. There was no mention of the return policy before he swiped my credit card. The mattress was attempted to be delivered this morning and the "euro top" was completely flattened and disfigured. See photos. I didn't accept the mattress, took pictures of the defect. Called the store and the associate, Adam, who sold me the mattress and who told me he had been there about a year, said that this has never happened in the 300 plus mattresses he has sold in this same brand and make. My question is, why he didn't know the warranty it came with? How would it be possible that I am the only person with this problem, but was warned not to accept it if there was a problem with the mattress? Why there isn't a refund or exchange policy and warranty discussion up front before they sell you the mattress?

A second mattress was attempted to be delivered yesterday. The salesperson told them the wrong "product" had been delivered before. But it looked like it was the same mattress. The delivery guys assured me it was not. It had the same issue, a flattened top with the edges completely compressed. I did not accept this "new" mattress. And the guys had me speak to the representative on the phone. She said maybe to wait and it will expand. The trouble with this advice is that once it is in my home, it is considered used and I cannot return it at all. I called the store and the sales associate there said he would call me right back that was over 7 hours ago.

Really disappointed with my experience, but good lesson not to accept the merchandise. I was able to request a refund and I am told it will hit my account in 3 weeks maximum. Will add to this review if that...

My husband and I were in need of a new mattress. At first we were interested in the pricing and false comforts of big lots but decided what do we have to lose checking out a professional store option? We decided to give it a shot and boy were we impressed! Kelsey was so knowledgeable and kind! As soon as I told her of our troubles and interests. She immediately knew what we needed! It was mind blowing, like she knew we were coming!

She even helped us find pillows to our fit! She had us try this machine that was supposed to match us to the right bed and amazingly enough her choice for us outdid the machine! She talked us into trying out the adjustable base and she was so right! I never thought that something simple as a position on a mattress made that big of an impact on your body!

I also have to say she gave us a hell of a deal! She knocked off money from our pillows and a free mattress cover to boot! We had an issue that our base wasn't currently in stock and instead of having us wait she upgraded us to the top of the line model for free! She is such an angel!

Our shipping was incredibly fast! They call you the night before and give you a rough estimate. Then the next day they email a truer estimate and before they arrive they call you. They were so fast and knew what they were doing! They took our old stuff and now I am happy to say we'll be sleeping great tonight!

This is an excellent place to buy your next mattress. Great service, good selection, and competitive prices.

When I first went in, I was offered to take this test that measures all sorts of things about your sleeping patterns and postures. It felt safe from COVID-19 - they were disinfecting it after each use. After a couple minute test where you literally lay on a machine, it spits out 5 or so mattress options that work best for your unique body.

I fell in love with one of the most expensive mattresses in the store (of course ha) called an Aireloom. It literally feels like you're sleeping on a cloud. Kelsey was wonderful - she called her manager to see what the best deal we could get and even threw in two amazing Bed Gear pillows. I was impressed with the deal!

The delivery experience was OK. The drivers only get 15 mins at each customer's house which frankly is too little time - I felt they were rushing the entire time and I didn't get a chance to check over the products before a signature pad was shoved in my face.

Kelsey and Bob truly went above and beyond when I had an issue with the bed frame and box spring - they even came to our house personally!
