Lots of work needs to be done in order for this place to be successful. The staff was very unhelpful and standoffish. At the time of my visit their exhaust fan was broken for the grill and they had no steak or chicken because of it. They had no sign on the door starting this. They told everyone individually upon entering with a side of attitude. Without the exhaust fan the restaurant was deemed a "fire hazard" we were told. The food looked old and dried out, definitely not fresh. Half the items were missing. Just didnt taste quite the same as other locations. I understand a restaurant just opening and the staff being a little rusty. This wasn't the case. The staff didnt care, period. I've been to many Chipotles' and this was by far the worst experience. Read moreWord of advice, do not go on weekends especially Sundays. Go during the week when the very nice General Manager is there. They are always out of ingredients, overworked and understaffed. 3 employees on a Saturday (08/27) is unacceptable. Especially when one male employee stood, pretending to prep for the grill. Literally stood at the prep station and stared at the wall holding one piece of meat for 20 minutes, while his 2 coworkers were in the weeds. There are a few select employees that will take their frustrations out on the customers, especially one individual, she has been there forever and it shows. Their policies are very inconsistent as well. One minute they will do things a certain way, the next minute a different employee will say they can’t do what their coworker just did the day before. However, they are frequently out of basics like chips, guac, corn, etc. Today they were out of all meat except steak that looked like it was sitting there for days. After numerous, very public norovirus blunders making thousands sick, you’d think that they would make fresh, safe food a priority. They don’t. It’s old, sitting out, and not at the right temp. Things are frequently dirty with garbages over flowing. This location needs management/corporate intervention and fast.
