Obviously these people rating this aren't handicapped at all in a wheelchair. Went here for a birthday, the inside is nice it is very spacious and would have the potential for a nice layout. But obviously people don't think Where you would have a nice open space to Get through and maneuver with your wheelchair, That space is taken up. By tables Right down the center. Which won't be as bad unless you set the person in wheelchair. All the way in the back knowing that you will get more people in eventually. Before they leave and people don't really care if they push their chairs in your road or not. Which this happened and it made it very very difficult to get out. And once you did get out to go out The hostess was standing right there with Waiters And just said bye. At least at Texas Roadhouse, they would be nice enough. To open the doors instead of having you try by yourself well they watched you struggle well pushing yourself out. At the same time very disappointed. Sitting at the tables would have been a nice experience. If they wouldn't have been so wobbly. And obviously never tightened. And if you're in the wheelchair. Don't plan on going to the bathroom. At all going through a 5 foot opening to get to the bathroom. With the pathway lined with chairs on both ends that are almost a foot wide. Is real interesting to get through. It's pitiful. And a shame the only real positive aspect of the night was the waitress which was nice. And cheerful unlike the other waitresses that were there. Which were ignorant it seemed. The food itself was Good. Nice and hot the only downside was the salad, if you ordered a salad. They came out in bowls that seem like they have been in the freezer. Overnight it takes about an hour for your bowl to warm up enough to eat That you don't. Hurt your teeth. When you eat lettuce. Other than that the environment was pretty nice. The only thing was that was loud and went every place they play music. Louder than it has to be Where you can't hear your table talk to you. it was nice to try another restaurant, but We had four people Ordering the cheapest thing. On the menu with water Which is supposedly free. And still got away with Paying $70. With meals that If you think about it only costs. Anywhere upwards of twenty. Never have to stop there again. Outback Steakhouse is a lot nicer.
Sorry for the excess periods. That are in this review. Talk to text. For some reason...
Read moreWent here a little over a month ago. Only waiting this long to review because they said they would send a gift card to make it right on next visit but never did which only adds to the terrible service...A friend and I went here on a Friday after work after deciding not to go to Texas Roadhouse due to wait time. We got seated and the waitress took our drink order which then took well over 5 minutes to receive. This is while the restaurants were at limited capacity due to COVID. Then our order was messed up when it came out. I ordered the salad entree and only received a side salad and my friend got a chop steak medium well and received it well done plus some. The underside of it was crunchy like it was starting to burn. It took over 10 mins for the waitress to come back and see if we needed anything else and not wanting to wait even longer for a manager, we asked for the check and left. About 90% of our visit our drinks were empty only ever getting one refill. This may have been due to the fact that we watched another waitress sit at a table next to guests she knew and chat for about 10 minutes before bothering to check on her tables. This must be acceptable behavior for their staff and maybe was the reason our waitress was also slow. We made comments on the survey about the poor experience and the manager said he would only comp the chop steak which was unacceptable but better than nothing however it was never done. We won't be going back. My recommendation, deal with the wait at Texas Roadhouse, it's well worth it. We have several times since with no regrets...
Read moreThere were 8 of us that went for a birthday dinner. Very fast to be seated but all of our meals were horrible. I ordered grilled chicken tenders , asparagus, cauliflower augrautin. Asparagus was very good first time around the cauliflower was hard as a rock {raw}. Another person with us also preferred and hers was also raw. So I told the waitress that I’d like to return it she said can I get you anything else I said sure more asparagus. She brought that to me and it was also raw. So I let her know I am not a complainer but this is also raw and I didn’t want anything else. So she stands with the manager and talks about me not 5 ft away. He comes over and bends down to me and whispers you don’t like how we cook our vegetables? I said you didn’t cook them they are raw. He said we call that aldenta. I said no it’s raw. He argued with me and I gave up. When our table was giving back the cauliflower the table next to us said oh cauliflower you can take ours also it’s raw. The manager did nothing but try and make me feel like u didn’t know what I was talking about. He insulted my intelligence about vegetables. I am a cook and know the difference. If this is how you cook your vegetable you should just put on the menu vegetable tray with a side of ranch cause it is disgusting. They only thing edible was the kids chicken finger. Steaks were tough but there was no sense in complaining cause the manager was right. WON’T BE BACK! 130$ bill and...
