Let me first say that all 6 of us that visited though the food was great. However, I'm giving this place a 1 star rating because the waitress we had was horrible. We visited on December 20, 2015 at approximately 9 pm to watch the Sunday night football game. We were a table of 6 with maybe 6 other people at the bar. No other patrons in the entire BWW. Our waitress took probably 10 to 15 minutes to come ask us what we wanted to drink. Once we got our drinks I ordered an ultimate nacho for our table. She eventually brought out the nachos and just plopped it on the table. She never brought extra plates or anything for us to share. We had to go find her after some time to get anything.
When we finally got our wings, etc. Everything was great. My friends did notice, however, that the cook came out at least twice to try to flag down the waiter because our food was ready and she was off doing whatever. But I asked her if we get blue cheese or ranch dressing with our stuff and she seemed puzzled by my question. Then she said they were available, but I found it odd at a wing place that she wouldn't ask us if we wanted those. Then I said I wanted a bigger container because I love blue cheese. She was again puzzled and had no idea what I was talking about. She disappeared for maybe 5 minutes and came back with an empty 8 oz container and asked if this was good enough. I said sure even if you can only give me multiple small ones. She eventually brought out our ranch and blue cheese.
We then ate and probably sat for a good 20 minutes after we ate and she never came back to refill drinks or ask us if we were ready to leave. When she finally brought us the checks we turned them over to us and she again disappeared for over 10 minutes with the credit cards. We joked that she was probably in the back shopping with our credit cards.
I would go back only for the food and possibly to see if the customer service has improved. But I have heard numerous complaints from...

That shows me that they are honest and will address any issues. I appreciate him doing that and will give them another chance. I have updated my stats from a 1 start to 4 stars based on the attention they have give our family in addressing our concern.
Most upsetting was payment, I believe our waitress was new and was given help from other employees which is nice so she can get to know the job BUT we received a check for $109.something, I gave our waitress my credit card and she brought me back a receipt to sign for $132.something and walked away, I told my husband that it wasn’t right and I don’t understand what she did. After thinking about it and not feeling comfortable I requested that our waitress come back to our table, when I asked her about it, she said yes sorry I gave you someone’s bill. One would think of out of curiosity she would have come back to us BEFORE running our card and be HONEST as maybe it was a mistake but for me when your not upfront and honest that shows me you are shady and maybe so are the other employees. That doesn’t sit will with me and I feel other potential customers need to be aware and make sure you know what you are paying for. Sadly, I felt bad for her and gave her a good tip, but feeling how I feel now and how her service is bothering me I can say I regret doing so. I always tip well because I know being a server is a hard job at times.
Side note, the cheese curds were very good, the pretzels knots were good, mozzarella sticks were okay, some seemed to need more cooking time, the classic chicken wrap was good but not much chicken, more lettuce than anything, the wings were really good and the burger looked good, My son (15) ate part of the bun, didn’t care for the burger. Strawberry margarita was good and so was the strawberry lemonade. I gave this a 1 based on honesty or...
Read moreI’m beyond disappointed with my recent experience at your Selinsgrove location. I placed an order at 10:50 PM, well before the posted closing time of 12:00 AM. After driving over to pick it up, and arriving at 11:10 PM. We were met by an employee who aggressively shouted, “We’re closed.”
When we asked about our order, we were told without any apology that they stop accepting orders at 10:30 PM. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 15 years, I can honestly say this was one of the worst experiences I’ve encountered. We were not the only ones to experience this with two other individuals having the same experience.
I understand if there’s a cutoff time for orders, but if that’s the case, your system should not allow orders to be placed past that time. Additionally, your business hours should be accurately reflected on your website, as well as on Apple and Google listings.
Clear communication and basic courtesy go a long way, and unfortunately, both were severely lacking in...
